The workers were super nice but the middle men who rented the place were less so. A lot of things were promised but after the contract was signed they didn't uphold many of them, things like internet and sheets as an example. Rooms also had some breathing issues. Facilities were nice.

From the second day after arriving at the condominium to the day before leaving, I couldn't even go near the swimming pool due to severe body aches and colds. Each room has a different environment, but my room was really disappointing. Purple beds faded in hot countries with poor cleaning conditions, pink rugs full of foreign substances, three red mats, red-arch wallpaper, and red flower-patterned sofas. Old household chores that someone seems to have abandoned in their lives.

This is a late Review. I rented apartment 398 for a month last May. The room itself was fine and quite spacious, the kitchen & bathroom compact but sufficient. The linen needed a freshen up, was old as were the pillows which were pretty disgusting. The doona was one size too small for the bed :/ I’d specifically rented this room for the Smart TV which I couldn’t get working. I contacted the owner who gave me instructions but nothing worked. I therefore had no TV for a month and the owner really didn’t seem to care or show any interest when I asked if he could arrange for someone to look at it. I had a leaky kitchen tap too which meant manually turning the water on and off which was frustrating. These annoyances could have been easy fixed had the owner been proactive in addressing them. He simply wasn’t interested. Also the pool was closed the whole month I was there for maintenance. This was in May when it was very hot. Again, very disappointing & another reason I booked this property. This type of information should be passed on before you rent the apartment. The good stuff … It is on the south side of Hua Hin in an area I love for it is quieter but still close to everything. The ladies in the office were as helpful as they could be, under the circumstances.
