Nice small quite but very central hotel with 9 guest houses, pool and parking. Everything a easy walk ( soi 94, Market village etc) if you want a simple clean quite space great place and friendly.

Very quiet location but close to the madness of soi 94.
The private bungalows are to a good standard, very clean and well kept. The price is very reasonable for the quality and location. Noi and Bob are very welcoming and do a great job at maintaining the resort. If you're looking for quality rooms in a quiet location with chilled vibes, this may be the one for you.

The owners and staff very friendly. The bungalow complex is set in garden's, the bungalows are spacious with a great terrace. We liked the quietness of the area and only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The beach is about a 20 minute walk, straight down the main road. Lovely pool with sunbeds. A lovely place to stay, well recommended.

The complex consists of several villas and is located not far from Soi 94. Despite this, it is very quiet. I felt very comfortable there. The owners and staff are super nice. My villa was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there are mosquito nets on all the windows. It is difficult to find with Google Maps. It is better to ask.

Good Bungalow Resort, very pleasant owners, quite area but very near the bars and restaurants. Nice pool with sunbeds.
Bungalows set in garden's, inside very big room and bed, with own terrace.
20 minute walk to beach and Market Village which is a must, great food hall at very reasonable prices. Recommend Bann Opun if you want a quiet place but near everywhere.

Booked 3 nights here. The place itself is very cozy. Small cottages/huts in a green lush environment. Me and my girlfriend were looking forward to a few relaxing days here.
Its surpisingly central, just off of soi 94, and restaurants/cafe's etc are just a short walk away.
However:
- The Wifi is really poor. Several times a day it disappeared completely. If you are dependent on Wifi for work, this is important for you to know.
- The beds are hard. Like... really hard. Sleeping on the floor type hard.
We could have lived with both (not really, the Wifi thing was extraordinarily frustrating) but one last thing wasnt okay at all:
- 50 meters from the entrance there is a pack of 3 homeless dogs. One of them is aggressive and will follow you while barking, growling and nipping at your feet. It's really quite unpleasant. We witnessed two other guest experience the same thing, and we felt trapped in the compound with that particular dog lurking outside.
On the inside of the compound the owners has two dogs, one of which (according to them) is "nice", while the other will bite children... Sooooo..... We ended up leaving after just 1 night here.
To summarize:
An okay place if you dont need internet and dont mind beeing dogfood.
Would be an AWESOME place if they would get rid of the crazy dogs, and get a stable Wifi connection. Not much to ask really.

Pool is clean and no one chases you away after 8 pm ( if you behave🙃)
You can rent super cheap motorbikes. Owner and his wife are kind and cheerful people🌱

A great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet

A hidden oasis, just off one of the main roads, with a beautiful garden, clean pool and amazing villas. The area is quiet, secure and great place to come to for a few days of R & R.

Little piece of paradise far enough away to be tranquil but neat enough to enjoy bars and restaurants. Lovely individual bungalows one bedroom so no kids lovely clean warm pool very special
