The hotel itself was excellent; the front desk staff were welcoming, the environment was nice and clean, and there were many delicious Thai restaurants, snack shops, and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient.
However, the most problematic issue was the chicken farm downstairs. The chickens crowed from 2 AM until dawn, making it impossible to sleep all night. This forced me to change hotels the next day, where everything else was fine. The constant crowing of chickens was unbearable. I hope the hotel management will remove the chicken farm and provide a quiet and comfortable sleeping environment.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortably large. The view was also nice. They have a very good restaurant which makes staying here convenient.

Loved to hotel, friendly check in. Easy to find, covered parking, new clean rooms, nice pool that is large enough to swim or relax, an on site restaurant with a garden close to the river.
The pool was closed for cleaning but no time to swim. Would happily use the pool when I have more time. Same with the restaurant. The restaurant seemed popular with a late afternoon crowd.
In addition to the on-site restaurant about 100 meters away was an Isaan restaurant with live Isaan music that was popular and there is a small lotus not too far.
The hotel elevator needs a key card to operate to help with security. The white decor is upscale or even considered luxury. Comfortable bed. Not too hard, good ac, good shower.
Pleasant self serve breakfast, eggs, ham, toast, coffee, milk, cereal, congee and fruit. Pleasant and clean.
Good location to visit Nasatta park @ 20 minute drive, would happily stay 2 or 3 days just to relax or as a break before khanchanaburi or erawan park.

Fantastic customer service from the moment of booking to our stay.
This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.
We travel with elderly and stay in the suites at very reasonable rates. Everything is amazing here, including river side location, food, and coffee.

The front desk staff answered our questions politely every day. Thank you very much. There was no toothbrush in the room, but everything else was there. I would like to stay here again!
