I've stayed here before, which is why I chose this hotel again for my trip to Bangkok. However, this time my room was facing the street and the soundproofing was terrible; I couldn't sleep a wink all night because of the noise. Check-in, check-out, and getting my luggage all took a very long time. It was a really unpleasant experience.

Everything was good overall. However, it was surprising that check-in was strictly at 2:00 PM—like first time in 20 hotels in Thailand. At check-out, they also called twice starting at 11:30 AM, which felt a bit rushed

Missed the 2nd day breakfast and apparently there’s no breakfast buffet (we had to order breakfast every day). Inconvenient. It rwould help if someone would remind us.

Clean room with comfortable amenities. Good location near the BTS station.
Parking is a bit challenging but considering the price, it was ok.

Very good if you needs to use BTS. It’s only 5 mins walk from the hotel. A lot of restuarant nearby. Close to Icon Siam. Their is very nice and welcoming.

Hotel bar is super super nice! Must try!!!
Hotel hygiene is soso…… got a dirty pillow with blood stains underneath the cover ….
But other than that, everything is nice !

Service is good and room is clean. Easy to walk to two BTS stations to go to Icon Siam and Siam paragon/central world.
