Good clean room, I think there was renovation because it is old school hotel, but furniture and other stuff looks new. That's why you don't feel that it's old. I like everything here.

This accommodation is excellent! It's very clean, convenient, and super comfortable. The pillows are soft, and the bed is so comfy that I barely wanted to get up. They even offered a welcome drink, and the rose tea I chose was delicious. Food is easy to find, and there's a market right in front of the hotel for shopping. It's not too far from the beach, and there's ample parking. I was very impressed

The door lock wouldn't open when I was checking out, but thankfully it was repaired and replaced quickly.

This hotel is located in the very nice spot, there is a night market right in front of the building where we could find some nice and tasty food. The hotel's room is kept clean and spotless. The room size is spacious spacious, I love the bathroom which is very clean and hygiene. high recommended.

Good accomodation if you want to stay a couple days to swim, looking around and wake up with coffee/tea/toasters/rice/eggs. I stayed not first time, everything is fine, have big parking, swim pool is available, rooms are bigger than another hotels, tired furniture and some door lockers but a big good bed and tv/refreeze/table/aircond. Fine.

Very spacious serviced apartment. So functional and so close to what's becoming some of our favourite seaside cafes and restaurants. Should really try out Phalanorama Cafe at Phala beach if you visit.

It's a convenient overnight stop if you're flying into Ptt. But this motel is in the middle of nowhere, and the only beautiful thing here is the lake. The breakfast is very basic.
