Secure hotel with 24/7 reception desk. CCTV cameras in lobby, elevators, and parking areas. Key card access to elevator and room floors. Well-lit parking garage with security guard. In-room safe worked perfectly. Fire exits clearly marked with emergency lighting. Staff present at all hours. Central location means busy area with good visibility. Never felt unsafe during stay. Neighborhood is commercial district – active during day, quiet at night.

Breakfast heaven for picky eaters – pancakes, waffles, cereals, fruits, yogurt parfait station. Adults enjoyed Thai and healthy options. Kids' menu at restaurant extensive and actually healthy – no just chicken nuggets! Beach picnic included kid-friendly sandwich options and fruit boxes. Pool bar had fresh smoothies kids loved. Ice cream station near pool (small charge but worth it). Dietary restrictions accommodated easily – one child dairy-free, no issues. Room service fast for early kid dinner times.

Ice cream station strategically placed mid-property – motivated walking! Beach access gentle slope, no stairs. Facilities spread out but connected logically. Kids enjoyed exploring grounds safely.

Family-oriented safety everywhere. Pool has dedicated lifeguard and shallow kids' area. Beach swimming area marked with buoys. Kids' club staff vetted and excellent with children. Life jackets in all sizes for water activities. First aid readily available. Pathways wide enough for families walking together. Beach area safe for children – no strong currents in designated zone. Staff kept eye on kids without hovering. Room childproofing available (outlet covers, corner guards).

Perfect stay with great breakfast and my kid like archery and swimming pool

Amazing place to stay clean and tidy room this hotel is close to Pattaya beach and walking distance to local beach with shuttle bus

Horrible! After careful selection, I ended up choosing a place that was a complete disaster!

Facilities: The information page said 2024, but it felt like 2004... Very old and dilapidated, the all-wood structure creaked loudly with every step! The shower heater also had issues...

Cleanliness: My God, it was so dirty! Several mouse droppings, in the bathtub and on the bedside table!! Cockroaches came out of the toilet, and there was an unknown candy wrapper on the bedside table. I didn't even dare to open my suitcase at night, fearing bugs would crawl in by morning!

Environment: Very secluded! You absolutely need a car to get around, otherwise, it's difficult to access! Tucked away in a remote corner after many twists and turns, I felt like my soul was leaving my body! I thought it might at least have the advantage of being quiet, but there was a party in the distance at night, and it was as loud in the room as if there were speakers playing! Then the chickens in the surrounding village started crowing incessantly at dawn, and even going to the toilet, you could hear the wooden floor! I barely slept all night! The refrigerator's humming was incredibly loud! I only kept it on because I had fruit and milk inside.

Service: I can only say that the locals are truly laid-back, everything closes early... We got back to the accommodation around 8:30 PM, got ready to shower, and found the water heater wasn't heating. I asked the housekeeper, who said the technician went home at 9 PM and no one could fix it. I suggested changing rooms, but the front desk staff had also gone home. Alright, fine. After waiting a while, the housekeeper drove over and fiddled with it, and it eventually worked. He even mentioned that this room's water heater often had problems, and I was like, 'Seriously?? Why can't they just replace it?' Unbelievable! In short, avoid this place! I almost never leave reviews, but this terrible place really made me furious!
