This hotel very overrated. I paid more 100€/night. In the subscription was 32sqm room but first they gave me a small room (maybe 20sqm). No shower only a old bath. Water standing in bath+toilet. slightly musty smell in the room but the View are amazing! I did complain after they gave me a bigger room with the same smell. Old sink, toilet etc. I don't think I will going back.

On top of the Island far from the center recommend you guys to rent a motorbike but if you like to walk is also can in the night the weather is so good so chill, the resort is so quiet and private. Great family hotel if you do not spend time at the beaches on the opposite side of island. Otherwise you need a transport to get there and back. The experience is very good, more locals go there. The hotel is equivalent to a large resort. It is relatively original. You can ride bicycles and row boats. The swimming pool inside is very good and children can't put it down. Not to mention Internet celebrity restaurants, the natural environment is quite good, and the food is also good.

I was in this hotel with friends 8 years ago and wanted to return. I was surprised by the beach, it became very clean, but it was a garbage dump. Clear water and an ideal shore for long barefoot walks. Very few people. During this time, the hotel only deteriorated and tried without renovation, which is sad. It was a good location right on the beach and the staff were lovely felt like a family-run business but it was in quite a weird place not quite right for two girls travelling on there own and you couldn’t really go out for supper at night. But Being on the beach and by the pool during the day was great!

It's a beautiful resort with only 20 rooms, and very quiet. The restaurant prices are reasonable, better and cheaper than the one next door. However, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the old town and Star Market, and costs 300 THB one way. I'd like to stay there again if I have the chance.

The hotel is located across the road from the sea, about 100 meters away. The rooms are small, detached bungalows, approximately 25-30 sq.m. If you turn right from the hotel, there's a 7/11 store about 100 meters down. Opposite the hotel and to the left, you'll find many cafes and a seafood market. Clean, safe, and the room cleaning and reception service were excellent. The accommodation is located on the main road but is quiet. Food and drinks are easy to find, and it's close to a 7-11.

The rooms are individual houses, so I was able to relax outside listening to music and drinking beer until late at night. The rooms were also clean and I think it was a great place to stay. When I checked in at 3pm, I was told that my bath towels were not yet dry.

Clean beach with fine sand is across the road from the hotel. Traffic is calm. Free sun loungers in the shade of trees on the beach. Stayed for two nights after a flight from UK and a 2 hour taxi journey, lovely quiet stay, very clean, friendly owners offered a lift into town in the evening and took us to the boat for Koh Samet the following day, very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. Ban Phe is a delightful fishing village if you are looking for a quiet couple of days.

Huge bed, the air con worked great, quiet till sundown, then started to notice the hookers coming out of rooms. It was a great spot for people watching, and a short walk to the pier. Definitely recommend booking online because it was half the price the lady at the desk told us

There are some really harsh reviews on here! For what it is the place is perfect, clean, comfortable and cheap. Good central location very close to the pier but set away from the main road. I can’t understand all the negative reviews. It is clearly budget accommodation so if that’s what you’re expecting you will be 100% satisfied!

This resort is good for a stopover night before you go to Koh Samed. They have basic rooms with aircon, tv & hot-shower and also bungalows. Car-parking is also available at 100-baht per day, when you visit Koh Samed. There is also a noodle shop and cafe at the entrance.

We arrived 1am with a booking done hour before and everything went well! Room was simplistic and just what we needed. Great value for money!

A simple, quiet place to stay right by the beach. The accommodation is basic but clean and well maintained, and during our stay it was pleasantly uncrowded. Facilities are modest rather than luxurious, but perfectly adequate for a relaxed beach break. The location is the real strength, ideal if you want a calm, low key base in this part of Rayong. We stayed in a 1 bedroom appartement that was very well equiped. 2 x air con and ceiling fan. Comfy bed and spacious shower. Loved the dining table 4 chairs and sofa, yet it still felt very spacious. I have stayed in VIP Chain Resort several times, and I always enjoy the place. Quiet and big resort, good restaurant, great apartments and houses with everything you need, and several activities including a big spa and massage wellness center and big pools. The beach is beautiful and very long and is right outside the resort. The prices are very reasonable as well. I've never had anything to complain...

The resort is lovely! You can hire a big house with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room and a fully- equipped kitchen. The pool is located in the middle of the resort, so it's very convenient to go between the pool and the house. If you get tired of swimming in the pool, the resort is quite close to the beach.
