Lovely stay here. Rooms are clean, they did a honeymoon upgrade for us for free since requested and it was Valentine's day. Friendly helpful and polite staff, very complete continental breakfast, and such a great private location! Just far enough away from public access, but not too far. Rooms aren't 5 star for sure, they are more towards the budget side, but for the price it's a really great deal...

My family stayed here during the New Year holidays and really enjoyed it. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. The place is spacious, clean, and beautiful. This hotel is perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. Some areas look a bit old, but everything is well maintained. Breakfast was good, especially the fried dough sticks. We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful location the hotel needs updating. The rooms are vintage 90s, my shower leaked. Stingy with the towels and toiletries. There's a 50/50 chance you'll have someone nice from staff! The beach is fabulous though.

Good accomodation if you want to stay a couple days to swim, looking around and wake up with coffee/tea/toasters/rice/eggs. I stayed not first time, everything is fine, have big parking, swim pool is available, rooms are bigger than another hotels, tired furniture and some door lockers but a big good bed and tv/refreeze/table/aircond. The hotel is located across the road from the sea, about 100 meters away. The rooms are small, detached bungalows, approximately 25-30 sq.m. If you turn right from the hotel, there's a 7/11 store about 100 meters down. Opposite the hotel and to the left, you'll find many cafes and a seafood market. Clean, safe, and the room cleaning and reception service were excellent. The accommodation is located on the main road but is quiet. Food and drinks are easy to find, and it's close to a 7-11.

The rooms are individual houses, so I was able to relax outside listening to music and drinking beer until late at night. The rooms were also clean and I think it was a great place to stay. When I checked in at 3pm, I was told that my bath towels were not yet dry.

Lovely family run resort. Exceeded expectations. Staff were fantastic, grounds were lovely. Yes some parts needed updating but this is a family run establishmenr who really took the effort to look after us. Breakfast was excellent quality with omlettes made to order. Resort is quiet, with beach across the road, 7 Eleven and a few seafood restaurants down the road. No nighlife.

I was in this hotel with friends 8 years ago and wanted to return. I was surprised by the beach, it became very clean, but it was a garbage dump. Clear water and an ideal shore for long barefoot walks. Very few people. During this time, the hotel only deteriorated and tried without renovation, which is sad. Stayed for two nights after a flight from UK and a 2 hour taxi journey, lovely quiet stay, very clean, friendly owners offered a lift into town in the evening and took us to the boat for Koh Samet the following day, very reasonably priced. The experience is very good, more locals go there. The hotel is equivalent to a large resort. It is relatively original. You can ride bicycles and row boats. It was a good location right on the beach and the staff were lovely felt like a family-run business but it was in quite a weird place not quite right for two girls travelling on there own and you couldn’t really go out for supper at night. It's a beautiful resort with only 20 rooms, and very quiet. The restaurant prices are reasonable, better and cheaper than the one next door. However, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the old town and Star Market, and costs 300 THB one way. I'd like to stay there again if I have the chance.

There are some really harsh reviews on here! For what it is the place is perfect, clean, comfortable and cheap. Good central location very close to the pier but set away from the main road. I can’t understand all the negative reviews. It is clearly budget accommodation so if that’s what you’re expecting you will be 100% satisfied!

A simple, quiet place to stay right by the beach. The accommodation is basic but clean and well maintained, and during our stay it was pleasantly uncrowded. Facilities are modest rather than luxurious, but perfectly adequate for a relaxed beach break. The location is the real strength, ideal if you want a calm, low key base in this part of Rayong. Good value for a no fuss seaside stay.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom appartement that was very well equiped. 2 x air con and ceiling fan. Comfy bed and spacious shower. Loved the dining table 4 chairs and sofa, yet it still felt very spacious. This resort is beautiful. The room is spacious and clean! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always helped to book taxis for us and gave us good recommendations for around the area. I had left something really important behind, after checkout and when i called they were friendly and helpful and shipped it to me. This place is really special - a beautiful oasis for the wellness of body and mind run by two of the loveliest, most interesting people in Thailand: Dennis and Carol.
