Golf Inn Resort in Samut Songkhram

We plan to stop at this Hotel for a night rest before continue travelling down to Hua Hin. While traveling to many countries, this is the first time in our lives we were turned away and not allowed to check in even though the hotel was fully paid. We were forced to contact AGODA and cancel the reservation.

Sometimes when making a reservation, the number of guests placed can be overlooked or the plan changes when we decided to bring a child at once. 4-5 star hotels are more understanding and we have no problem paying more during check in. But this hotel that seems to be about to collapse, is stubbornly turning away guests.

Even though we agreed to add a room and pay for an extra bed, this lady stuff is unexpectedly keep changing mind and behaves very rudely which finally turned us away and forced us to contact AGODA to cancel the reservation. Thanks to AGODA for a great assistance on smooth cancellation process.

We ended up proceed to Hua Hin and peacefully checked in at Hyatt Regency with no need to add more room, just to add an extra bed.

By reading the previous review, yes this is the lady staff who act rudely, arrogant and conceited. Please avoid this Hotel if you come with family.

If this Hotel wants to continue to progress, please pay attention to this lady staff. Or maybe she is the owner of the hotel, you generally have no talent in doing business.

My friends booked 3 rooms for 7 adults and 8 small kids. During checkin the staff not allowed us to checkin even pay for exceeded person. She also very rude and ask my friend to call agent to cancel the booking. She also plays with us said that we need to add more room and bed and after that she said cannot to do that. How family with kids sleep in different room?Cannot brain at all. i want to give 0 star but cannot post without click

The place is very remote, there are no golf courses nearby, there is no scenery, and it has nothing to do with golf except the name golf. There are no shops or restaurants around. Reception closed for a long time check-in and check-out have to call, the waiter attitude is very bad, as if everyone owes her money. The bathroom has a very smelly smell, every time I go to the bathroom, I want to throw up, who booked this hotel who regret!
