This resort is actually very well located with greenery atmosphere. I can see its old glorious day. However it needs a lot of maintenance , guest room looks dated and smell. Room was full of dust, dirt and insects. Hotel staff was fairly friendly tho.

Check-in time was 2:40 PM. The room wasn't ready, so we had to wait another 30 minutes. After a tiring journey, we didn't get to rest immediately, so we had to wait. It was very frustrating, because we were late, and we had to wait. It was hot. The guest checked out at noon, so why did they clean the room at almost 3:00 PM?
The room management was unclear. Is it first come, first served? Why didn't the rooms get blocked off as booked? This lack of professionalism.
The housekeeper complained...and while she was complaining, the cleaning wasn't clean. The room smelled fishy. The cleaning water was dirty.

The accommodation is lovely. Overall, it is very good. There are only two things that are stuck: the toilet is not flushed properly and the towels smell musty. However, we have informed the caretaker and they are aware of it and will make improvements.

The room is quite old, the bathroom is not clean, the shower is very old, the glass in the bathroom is not clean, there are white stains.
I stayed in a room on the ground floor, I heard a lot of noise from the room above, both footsteps, the sound of the bathroom when taking a shower and flushing the toilet. I had to wait until the room above was quiet before I could sleep.

Beautiful place, garden and houses. The hostess told us everything and even arranged with a tuk-tuk so that we could see all the places in one trip.

What I am wondering is
1. The picture of the room booked on the page does not match the room I got
In the picture, the room type I booked is another building, but I got to stay in another building, but it is acceptable, not serious. It would be better if it is the same as the picture. We want the room we want according to the picture, so we feel disappointed
2. The details state that it includes breakfast, but the staff said it is not included, even though the booking form or the booking details say that breakfast is included, so I don't want to argue. It's like that, if it's not included, it's not included

Good service, the room is ok. On the day I checked out, the water didn't run, but the staff provided good service and tried to help. I asked for a bottle of water and they provided it. Breakfast is ok. The price is reasonable.

The service was very friendly From a gentleman Called M.
He listened to our request & delivered a wonderful breakfast.
Yes the rooms are a little old & basic but it was very clean & comfortable.
This is the second time I've stayed here & I'll happily return in the future.

Cheap, Clean, & Comfort. Love the breakfast by the river. Good taste of freshly baked pastries and croissants. Probably the best breakfast experience in Amphawa so far with good organic vegetable from the farm and MSG-free food. Just ignore the Buffet line decors (as there's none), and enjoy the quality with ample quantity.
Although the room is simple, i have a good night sleep as it's so peaceful here at night. The bed is also very good IMO.

You can breathe clearer air, waking up early morning, chilling at the river, seeing way of life along the canal. Best place for retreat.
