A wonderful getaway! The staff at Pak Nam Resort went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect for a relaxing trip. A true 5-star experience.

The resort needs improvement:
1. Cleanliness of the rooms and hallways.
2. The breakfast was terrible; there were very few options.
3. Dinner was served very slowly, and only some dishes were to my liking.
4. The beach area needs cleaning; there's a lot of trash.

Please not come..Please do not come here. The tap water is salty and causes severe skin itching. The shower pipe is leaking, and the bathroom has a lot of mold. It is very unsatisfactory, especially if you are bringing small children—this place is really not recommended. The location is very deep in the countryside, far from shops, supermarkets, and the town.

Quiet resort. Room need an uplift. The place is private with nice view. Location is far from the town. The staff is helpful and good.

The room was not well maintained. There was visible dirt and stains, which made it feel unhygienic. The bathroom was leaking and not properly cleaned, adding to the discomfort. On top of that, the trash bin had no plastic liner, which was inconvenient and unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room were very disappointing.The location is very far from Pak Bara , Hope next time please improve because we pay the room around rm 200 also not worth it

Room is horrible, water leaking all nice, painting still missing not completed manage to split all over the table. The resort look tired and need to renovation. Good thing is a nice location right in front of the beach.

when we check-in , the staff give me 1 room and ask us 3 person to sleep in the room but i tell them we are booked for 2 room then they only give me another room to check in. May be that day have an event near by and the resort room is high demand and they want to give our room to another customer. Room didnt maintenance well and the toilet have smell and water also have rust smell as well. The resort have a nice beach but the location too far from the town.

It is a very private place to stay, suitable for people who really want privacy. The service is very good, the staff are friendly, the sea view is very beautiful, the room is clean, safe, quiet and private. I would like to come back to stay here again.

We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app).
We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep.

The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to hang the clean clothing on.
It would have been nice to have offered to sweep our room during our 5 night stay.

All in all we would possibly stay again but would ask to see the rooms first before being assigned.
