Diamond Cliff Beach Resort in Lanta Island

Not really sure why people would rate this negatively and complain about the cost. 800 baht is equal to $23, so you're telling me that is expensive for 3 dishes and 2 beers? Hint: never visit New York City then. The staff is super chill and while the food is nothing special this place has great character. We went 4 times in 5 days. Check it out.

This is a great mellow place with fun and happy staff tat made us feel like family rather than tourists. They have a variety of rooms, some looking right onto the beach. Firepits on the sand, big open chill room next to the bar, and phosphorescent plankton in the water at night.

I can’t recommend this place more! It is literally a piece of heaven! The view is absolutely fantastic and the beach is breathtaking! The room is spacious and clean and comfortable, and the restaurant is great! The stuff are wonderful! And the manager Jack is the best! Simple, beautiful, magical and value for money too! I recommend 2-3 nights to enjoy the scenery! I personally wouldn’t leave the room, beach & restaurant! There’s smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning and nice bed and wonderful view! What else one needs! I’ll definitely go back there when visiting Ko Lanta.

Had dinner on the beach of BBQ snapper and big tiger prawns. The food was delicious (if a little pricey) and the atmosphere was great. It wasn't always easy to get the staff's attention and the table was very sticky so I can't give this place 5 stars! Inside the restaurant looked very chilled with an area with cushions and hammocks.
