Lanta Riviera Villa Resort in Lanta Island

Beautiful place with a magnificent view. I can easily see myself living there for a few months each year. The view is splendid! The building is fifteen years old. The upkeep is pretty good, but there are some renovations to be done in the studio as well as the building. There's a private beach, but it's a shame it's located right below a restaurant from which everyone can see you. The pool is nice!

Secluded, calm and small project consisting of rooms, villas and a penthouse with private pools. Features a private beach, and has two great restaurants and a cafe right next door for your breakfast, dinner and drinks.

The hotel is great for families - we went with our two sons (12 and 10 years old). It is close to restaurants and shops on the main road; it is walking distance to Klong Khong beach and plenty of available taxis to Long Beach and Old Town. The staff, including Frank and Noon are the friendliest we have found in Thailand, with nothing too much trouble for them. The pool area was very well maintained and there is a lovely fragrant garden that surrounds it. The rooms are well looked after and housekeeping can call daily to keep them refreshed. Scooters and cars can be hired, and once again the team are incredibly helpful sorting these out. There are plenty of very good restaurants in the area (3 sisters is particularly good); and the beaches are lovely and quiet, when compared with Phuket. A big thanks to the ladies who did our breakfast at the hotel every morning - the kitchen was very clean and the food lovely.

Beautiful place. The small community beach is best when the tide is out, but the pool is great. Well kept.

Hatzanda Lanta Resort is located about two kilometers down the road from the Saladan docks, making the area quieter and less crowded with tourists. The grounds are lushly landscaped, providing a calm and peaceful setting in all areas. All rooms face the pool, which is welcoming and well-maintained. There are also larger rooms facing the pool's end (such as mine) that include a kitchen and are perfect for monthly rentals. As a family-owned resort, the property and guests are well-cared for. Frank, the manager, will go out of his way to attend to your needs. (In my case, I needed documents for immigration, which they quickly obtained for me.) They're happy to assist you with laundry service, restaurant recommendations, activities, motorbike/car rentals, etc. The rooms are modern and well-appointed. TV, refrigerator, desk, table, hot shower, and a comfortable bed. The prices are also very reasonable. You could find a cheaper place to stay, but why would you want to? Highly recommended.
