# A really old and dirty hotel with unpleasant soiled carpeting in the rooms. Toilets are stained and yellowish which leaves a very distasteful feeling when staying here. This place need a major overhaul and refurbishment. Prices are reasonable but you can easily get something better,newer and cleaner with the price you are paying elsewhere. Not recommended if you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay in Hatyai.
Better choose other hotels. Corridor carpet is very old and smelly and very warm.
Room are quite big but not comfortable, aircon not cool enough. Old smelly carpet. Old TV box.
Old furniture. No hose in toilet. Ventilator fan not function in bathroom, very warm.

It is not really good one and it can be said the worst place to stay I ever encounter.. The shower didn't function well, and the bath tub seems like for the toilet accessory only.. The 1st time I came into their room it is just ok with a very nice odour and the television have quite worth channel to watch. The bed is quit ok even it feels quit hard like sleeping on a board. The aircond is quite slow.. Overal, it is just the bath room which is too bad for me.. The wifi also slow.. I'm sorry..
We made a mistake booking this place in haste thinking it was the Centera hotel. Should have realised the $ difference. This hotel is over 30 years old and looks like it has never been refurbished. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was far from clean. We managed to change our room with a slightly better bathroom. Staff were helpful though.
Huge hotel but was not kept tidy. room was smelly, carpet flaky wear and tear, bathroom was really old. Early 80's design. no wifi even though password pasted in room and lobby. what a let down. can get better hotels nearby with similar price and better location.
It's okay hotel.. not very nice.. but just okay for short trip
The receptions did not returned the passport when i check out... Breakfast expensive 100 baht per persons and not delicious at all
Have very nice traditional Thai massage. Clean nice environment with private room…price cheaper than outside.if u feel they provide good service,might give tips.
Old building, tape leaking, sleeping with cockroach... staff will treat u differently if u give them tips
We motorbiked in from Singapore - so just need somewhere to lay our head and lock the bike up securely. Not Raffles but it will do while its raining.
