the room they gave us was dirty and the aircond didnt work. they had 2 men come to the room to fix it. very old aircond and took them 2 hours to fix it while my wife, 2kids and 1 three month old baby had to wait in the room while sweating a lot. they treat us very nicely and was kind, but they should start to invest more in their facilities.

We had a huge room. Everything was fine until we turned on the shower. The water was brown. Even the faucet water on the sink was also brown. Location is also ok

Room allocated two story above disco center, noisy the whole night till early morning 6:00AM. Room condition dirty. No kettle, no hair dryer provided, available upon requested. No tooth brush and paste provided

One of the worst hotel I’ve ever booked in my life.

I booked for two nights. I went for check in a bit late and they denied giving me room.

Justification from hotel : I went late for check-in so they gave it to another customer.

After travelling, I was very tired to get into the room and after so much of argument for an hour, receptionist gave me the room key for only one night.

Pathetic services. Will never book this hotel again.

Front desk working inefficiently and not really helpful. Only 1 staff at front desk to dealing with both check in, inquiry and check out guest is totally a mess.

The hotel is average if you're not a diva. Room is average. Cleanliness is 3/5. Price is good.

Room is big but look old, and the parking lot is limited. The good thing is the hotel near to the famous breakfast dim sum and pork rice.
