Very clean, quiet, simple, no frills stay on the beach. Affordable and good service. Pleasant staff. I would recommend highly for the person who enjoys travel on a lower budget. Beach in front of the property and river behind. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel has a very nice location between a beautiful river and the beach. The premises are quite big and fairly well maintained, however the amount they charge for the room is way too high expensive. First of all they didn’t provide the room we booked at Agoda, putting us in River Front view instead of Sea View room, which we booked. Luckily provided us a 10% refund, but the room itself was not matching the rate the charged us anyway. Not enough towels, no soap, no kettle, the shower had running water all the time. The room was too dark. Also not well cleaned. If they charged us 50% less probably would even rate the hotel 4 out of 5, but with the rates they are charging now the value for money is simply not there.

One of the 3~4 stars hotel in that area.
Mostly u can find a lot of small Lodge and small resort with better price bargain.

But worth your money to stay there.
Due just cross the road, very short walking distance u can reach the beach.
Great view for sunset.

Room is clean and nice decorate.
Really worth your money to stay a night or two.

Besides, they have their own boat, for island hopping service. U must try!!!
Bring your waterproof video camera or camera together with waterproof Torchlight.
Have fun recording the emerald cave, and other two coral islands.

Pool is ok, rooms are not super. Everything seems a bit rundown

It sucks big time, the room is super dirty and old. We were very disappointed and even there was a blackout, they didn't even apologize not even a little bit. They made us wait in the lobby with nobody to come to talk and even said sorry.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Terrible quality, terrible services.

Wifi and air conditioning are not working.
Place appears unfinished somewhat even tho older and newer buildings are mixed together.
No English language spoken,
No wifi password available,
and parking is confusing too.
Wrong check out time communicated.
Ask for a newer room
or you’ll suffer with C27 temperature in your unit.
New small pool is the best feature here.
However, the dog family freely roaming around is a bit frightening and annoying.

Quaint chalés across from beach. Ask for the newer rooms they have white walls which makes it easier to get at the occasional mosquito that might get into the room. Sweet service but repetitive bad renditions of American 70s classics at meals... unfortunate. Well kept grounds, lodgings and common spaces. We are staying a week. Seems like a good affordable option.
