The detached house is really satisfactory, clean and the bed is comfortable.

The room is on the 2nd floor. In the middle of the afternoon it is quite hot. The water flows well. But there is still no hair dryer drive. Guests washing their hair may need to prepare their own.

I have seen the place of construction. Really quiet location and fine. Some of the apartments was ready and they were very cozy and nicely decorated. The owners are really friendly and the service first class.

The hotel has a very nice location between a beautiful river and the beach. The premises are quite big and fairly well maintained, however the amount they charge for the room is way too high expensive. First of all they didn’t provide the room we booked at Agoda, putting us in River Front view instead of Sea View room, which we booked. Quaint chalés across from beach. Ask for the newer rooms they have white walls which makes it easier to get at the occasional mosquito that might get into the room. The rooms were really nice with a smart tv aswell as a mini fridge which was useful! Property in a good location not far from the national park and just opposite is the beach. The owners were so lovely and kind and we could arrange for a taxi to trang bus station aswell as to the boat port for a good price. Bikes were also provided free of charge so we could explore round the area easily.

Resort is placed at a mangrove site so not really suitable for swimming. But hotel offers free shuttle to the beaches eg Charlie beach and Sivalai beach. Small family-run resort, with a peaceful and dreamy atmosphere. Run by a family with a smile in their eyes, attentive and caring staff ❤️probably many things could be improved, but everything takes a back seat on this still authentic island and if you want to get away from the mass tourism destinations Ko mook and the Garden resort are the right place!!!

We loved our stay at Mook Montra. The bungalows are very nice and clean, hot water and air con always available and the terace hammock is perfect for reading and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay at Mook Montra Resort. The bungalow was lovely and bathrooms are very spacious. The hammocks outside were a perfect way to unwind in a beautiful setting. The accommodation is right on the beach, close to the pier, quiet and easy to travel to. The room is clean, both the bedroom and bathroom. There are complete amenities. You can rent a motorbike or contact a tour to visit the island.

The perfect Thai bamboo huts. Only downside was smell of burning plastic every morning and close proximity of the mosque (early morning prayer is loud). But also amazing bird sounds, lovely people, and good price.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever we need to get somewhere, the front desk would have a tuktuk ready for us. We also asked for a private longboat a day head of our arrival, and it was also ready for us on time. Small but stylish Mooklamai is an excellent choice for a stay in Koh Mook. It is not located directly on the beach but you may reach them easily. The staff is extremely supportive and smiling. Mooklamai has a stylish and functional design. In our opinion is one of the top choices for Koh Mook

Staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. The resort was well kept with lovely flowers and visited by butterflies. We enjoyed watching the monkeys in the jungle behind our bungalow. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Free beach towels and transfers to the beach was a bonus. Breakfast was adequate but service could be slow.

This is my third trip to the wonderful island and 3rd stay at Sun Great. Positives: the manager and staff are very helpful, great pool, quiet. The lady on the front is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here 1 night but could have spent more time, lovely island. Like the others have said, the location is slightly further but not a problem, they'll rent scooters and can help you get a tuktuk if needed. We booked a very simple room and yet it had everything we needed, it also surprised us with a fridge and kettle! Great location, a little bit further away from the Pier but 5 mins walking from Charlie's beach and that's where you want to stay for the sunset and in case you want to explore the Emerald Cave on your own kayaking. What a beautiful place to explore Koh Mook. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and located in a very quiet location. The food is always freshly prepared and delicious. All good, quiet, services, the only flaw is that when I arrived there was no room but they promised to find me one for one night and the next day they gave me the room. I was supposed to stay 5 nights but that's fine.

This is about the food and drink vendor area on the beach. Good cocktails sitting on a mat watching the sunset. But you're having a laugh meaning it's ridiculous charging 10baht to use the toilet and having a cute child as security. People are spending money at the beach anyway. Please consider the needs of women and the aged who might need to use the toilet for menstruation which is a human right...

Nice spacious bungalows, friendly & helpful staffs, big restaurant that serves delicious food at reasonable prices and beautiful white, soft sand beach. During low season, electricity will start from 6pm till 9am and the swimming pool is closed.

Excellent location, had a very comfortable beach front cottage. Staff very friendly, breakfast was good. We tended to eat out at the other beachfront restaurants nearby for dinner (lots of good options). Transfers and transport were efficient. Very relaxing.

The best resort on Ngai Island. A calm and quiet place. The staff is extremely kind and the restaurant is good. A couple of drinks at Happy Hour and enjoy the barbeque with fish from near by waters.

This resort was in a nice position good bar on the beach breakfast good there was no electricity in the room from 10am to 3pm said fuel shortage the pool was a disgrace as it was green through no maintenance at all they had to close it which spoiled the stay there for us it could be a great place to stay with a bit of TLC

I spent 3 nights in total in this hotel and in Ko Nghai in general. The hotel is right on the beach, which gives you amazing views everytime you go to have some food or just want to chill at the bar. Amazing location! Staff was friendly and service was good. The room was a little old. The bed was old and the shower had either scalding hot water or cold water. Why didn't our room have toothpaste and toothbrush? That being said, the view of the sea was incredible and massage was good. Pancakes were not bad ;)

Everything was great, the staff was excellent, especially the lady at the reception who cooks eggs and omelets in the morning, and the supervisor for the kitchen and waitstaff – all very charming and friendly. No problems or downsides whatsoever.

Resort was lovely. I have a severe food allergy and kitchen was able to accommodate with no issues. All staff was very friendly. Special mention to Thip as she checked with the kitchen for all my meals- she is so lovely and friendly 😀

We've been to Ngai before, so I knew this hotel didn't really have a beach and was a bit isolated. I specifically booked it for my birthday, hoping for amazing views from the room and pool. The hotel is old, but clean. It's located on a mountainside. You have to use stairs everywhere. There's no beach. If you want to get to the beach, you have to walk 10-15 minutes along the shore. Breakfast was good. We paid for dinner for three guests: two adults and a child. They didn't provide dinner for the child. They refused without any clear explanation. So there's no point in taking their dinner...

A traditional old-style resort hotel, suitable for guests who like quietness. Because it is located on the northernmost side of the island, there are no tourists coming and going on the beach, so it is extremely secluded. The most impressive thing is the swimming pool located at the highest point of the hotel, with a unique view, and the dinner every night is simply a surprise!

The scenery is very good, almost the northernmost point. The service staff are enthusiastic and willing to help. The scenery of Koh Ngai is beautiful. The view from the highest point is good, but climbing the stairs is too painful.

Beautiful small resort on the east side of Koh Ngai island. The beach and grounds are gorgeous, hotel is located near the ferry/longtail boat dock. The accommodation is more basic, but the rooms have AC, Wi-Fi and there is a pool and nice restaurant with bar, plus the views are to die for. We had dinner twice at the restaurant and every meal was delicious.

The hotel is in heaven! If you go there, don't worry about the rooms. Some rooms don't have air conditioning. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay for the money. It was quiet, clean, and absolutely heavenly!

You need to take a long tail boat ride (45 minutes) on the Andaman sea to arrive at the Koh Ngai resort. The rooms are spartan but the crews who haul your baggage and the wait staff in the restaurant are excellent. The food was a bit of a surprise as it is SO good. Great hotel! Nice and pretty bungalows, great and very clean pool. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. Staff could smile more but we think they very shy and respected our private life. Pictures does not reflect how wonderfully the place is. Restaurant is crazy expensive but further along the same beach is a small more affordable restaurant.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Paradise beach resort. The beach is beautiful and calm with great snorkling (200m out from the beach). The rooms were clean and comfortable and looked new. The pool was nice as clean The restaurant on the beach served a variety of dishes that was nice. Prices for food was a bit higher than other restaurants but still ok. Overall we had a great and very relaxing stay

The resort is the only one on whole beach. We advise to plan longtailboat pickup with hotel 1-2 days prior to departure and arrival because of changing low tide.
