We enjoyed our stay here - excellent value for money. Rooms are basic and close together, but can’t complain considering the price. It was the service from staff that made this place really stand out - so kind, attentive, genuine, friendly, helpful… I could go on!!!

What an amazing experience we had everyone looked after us especially the the guy who was on the front desk and helped with lots of stuff very helpful very funny. Felt very looked after the breakfast was amazing as well would definitely be back again.

The food is incredible. Well balanced in flavour and a great menu to choose from. The service is friendly. It was our favorite place to eat!

Everything was great. Really nice and kind staff especially the owner. The location was great too and the traditional style totally worth the visit. The pool and the view were amazing. Also tasty and cheap breakfast.

Amazing resort. Felt like home for the past 4 days. I actually booked one night, but extended it for 3, because there was such a good and relaxing vibe. Super friendly staff. The bungalow was clean, everything worked fine and the shower was really good for Thai standards. If you go to Koh Lanta, go to this place!

I can not express enough how amazing Chom dao resort is! Everyone working there are awesome and friendly and made me feel so welcome! This truly is the best place you can stay if you want to wake up everyday feeling home away from home. Thank you to everyone at Chom dao!!!

Incredible hospitality! Truly felt like family.. Fai and her team took care of us with motorbike rentals, tour bookings, amazing food and plenty of Big Chang’s :) I’ll be back asap.. thank you so much 🙏🏼

Great little bungalows in Koh Lanta. Apparently the sunset is amazing here which we missed. Comes equipped with AC, a pool and a view. Feels like gaming as you can here the frogs at night from your bungalow. The beds were really comfortable. Staff are so friendly. Only comment is its a little far away from popular beaches but it's central in the middle of the Island. Scooter rental is necessary. Food is decent but wouldn't rave about it. Recommend!

Absolutely loved it here. We initially booked for 3 nights and ended up extending to 9 days as we loved it so much. Lovely pool which felt it was slightly heated but I think it was due to the sun! Lovely made bamboo huts/bungalow. Everything new, beds changed everyday with fresh towels. Lovely hot showers. AMAZING staff, they make your stay so much nicer with their smiles and friendliness - best staff we have come across in Thailand after been here 4 weeks so far. Aow and Zen are so accommodating and I will always remember them and the resort itself definately has a special place in my heart now. Scooter rental onsite, nice food in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing to complain about, lovely. Lovely sunset view which we was not expecting! Love love love the place.

Basic rooms but fantastic location! Right in the centre of the island with easy access to all beaches by scooter. The beach in front of the Hotel is also great and has a lovely sunset view! Enough restaurants and bars around with very good food! Overall the best place to stay in Koh Lanta for a relaxing holiday!

Lovely little bungalow with good AC! Walked right across the street to the beach. The family running this hotel is so nice. Was able to rent a scooter and book a boat to Koh Lipe with them. Every morning the wife gave me sweet rice and jelly snacks.

Couldn't recommend more :) Rooms and amenities are a little basic but you get what you pay for. Matt and his lovely family literaly couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. They even took the time to teach me to ride a scooter :,) The cats are the real stars of the show, if anybody sees Mai Thai the little cat with one eye please bring her some chicken, the cutest sweetest baby :(

We stayed in the bungalow for 10 days & we had a great time! You have AC, a mini fridge, small terrace and your private bathroom. For the price you pay, it’s definitely worth it. You have an amazing restaurant 3 min walk on the beach! The place is in the middle of the island which I found great because we rented his motorbike and we could go anywhere for less than 20/25min driving and there are so many things to do! I loved the south of the island, very quiet but so beautiful. Other than that, the family who owns the place are extremely kind and helpful people. They did my laundry and contacted people for the 4 islands tour!

The only issue would be that the shower could get clogged very often… also bring ear plugs because when it rains, it gets too loud to sleep at night.

The cabins have aircon which gives a nice break from the humidity and you get a proper bathroom to yourself. The owners were so sweet in helping us book our bus ticket and even gave us a ride into town for free! If you rent a bike from them it’s easy to scoot around the island but it’s a little far walking-wise from the towns and sights we wanted to see which was why the bike rental was so helpful!
