Rude owner
This resort is very overpriced with hidden charges. The food served here is more than double the price of anything nearby. The resort has a shop that sells water and snacks and alcohol but charge a lot more than anywhere else, in some cases 5 x what the other resorts charge.
The owner is very rude and disrespectful towards guests, I also found it disgusting the way he talked so disrespectfully about Thai people and their culture.
The swimming pool is old and dirty and so are the grounds around the pool area.
The resort is far away from anywhere and you need a taxi or motorcycle to go anywhere.
Some of the rooms are new and reasonable good, but there are by far more bad aspects to this resort than good.
Go to Trip advisor etc to see many other bad reviews about this resort.
There are many other resorts in the area that are far better and more reasonably priced than this one.
The food was very mediocre at best and for that it was very expensive.
The location is very inconvenient and the facilities were run down and in need of restoration.
Many areas of the resort did not look like the photos posted online.
The rooms were comfortable enough to sleep in. I do remember seeing a few cockroaches crawling around.
I would not recommend this resort as there are many other better resorts in the area.
