Vincci Nozha Beach in Hammamet

I went here as a single mum with my 2 daughters. I was a bit worried but booked everything with on the beach (though luggage wasn't apparently included) The hotel is just amazing. It was end of season and must hadn't had time off in months yet couldn't do enough for guests! From reception to cleaners, restaurant staff, children's and animation team! All go above and beyond. I was particularly thankful to the man behind the outside bar making me special coffees and the children's team Zayneb, Foopa and Sonni who made my daughter's holiday! My youngest cried leaving as she loved Zayneb! The hotel outside is immaculate, could use a bathroom refurb in our room but believe they are doing this now. One warning I do want to say is I needed clothes as was colder than I hoped. We got ripped off and set up by one of the taxis outside. He possibly set up up by telling a friend to meet us and say he worked at the hotel and led me to all his friends in the Medina to rip me off. I felt intimidated as alone with my girls so wouldn't leave the hotel alone again! So glad still we picked this hotel.

Over the years I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Egypt for example, & therefore consider myself a good judge of presentation & standards. Nozha Beach comes out high in every aspect. The first impression was one of efficiency of staff, it is clear that every one has been trained to give the customer a what they expect. Cleanliness of the whole resort is immaculate constant patrolling of the grounds, pool area & beach is on going, not one piece of litter in site or empty glasses & grubby tables. The first contact when entering the hotel is so reassuring with the courtesy of the reception staff. Transport organisation was faultless from airport to hotel and when leaving. The room & bedding was spotless & daily cleaning kept it so. Catering, the standard buffet style catered for pretty well every taste, the griddle provided steak or fish cooked to order in front of one. All alcoholic beverages were copious and cocktails were perfectly served. Living in France, the wines were somewhat less than I have been used to but we must be aware that vine growing conditions here are rather different to Provence also this is largely an alcohol free muslim country. To sum up, excellent resort.

We arrived here and it was evident 'every guest matters'. We had a little issue with our room, however this was rectified ensuring we were happy (which we were). The staff were amazing and went that extra mile to again ensure our experience was a positive one. A massive thank you to the following , the middle aged gentleman on reception (sorry I didn't get your name) who took time to talk with us and sorted our room. You certainly know your guest's and had a lot of time for them. Wissem you are such a patient and helpful person. You are such a assett to Nozha Beach Hotel. Nothing was a problem for you to do for us and we appreciate you. Thanks to Micky and Kaita, from the animation team . You guy's know how to get the guests involved. We loved the bingo, archery and the entertainment, well done. There was something for everyone. Thanks to the restaurant staff that surprised me with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to me. Such a lovely touch. We had a lovely time here and definitely recommend. Food is good, staff are friendly and helpful, plenty things to do and if you want to relax by the poolside you will always find a sun lounger.

Me and my husband spent two weeks having the pleasure of staying at Nozha Beach Resort & Spa in Hammamet celebrating our honeymoon❤️and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this is a hotel that takes care of its guests. Every part of the experience was exceptional — the food, the facilities, the entertainment in the day times as well as evenings, Staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional and always willing to help. From housekeeping to the restaurant service, there was a sense of fantastic hospitality. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. The Animation team deserve their own paragraph(shout out) because they elevated the experience in ways I didn’t expect. The animation team were vibrant, enthusiastic, and absolutely dedicated to making every moment fun. Daytime entertainment (sports, pool games, water activities) was engaging and well-organised; evenings came alive with shows that were polished, entertaining, and always different. Their energy was contagious and made our holiday feel both lively and memorable. They didn’t just provide entertainment — they created moments that will stay with us long after we have left. Massive thank you especially to give Zizou, Blacky, Sonny, Syno. Shiro, Milky moon and Dadi you was epic!! we was sad to leave you all! hope to come back again some time to see you all. Just spent a week at the Nozha Beach Resort & Spa with my girl friend and find it hard to find any major faults and the value for money was spot on. There are plenty of choices when it comes to the food and drink. The food choice for breakfast, lunch and evening meals is vast, there is Tunisian food, pasta dishes, pizza, burgers, chicken, steak, a huge salad bar and an enormous selection of desserts. also two speciality al la carte restaurants that you can visit, plus several themed nights. If your willing to try different dishes and broaden your palate, you will have no problem with the choices available, there is also a restaurant overlooking the beach. The events team and staff in and around bars/pool were amazing, friendly and professional. Lots of waiters around the pools and bar areas who are happy to wait on you for drinks, often remembering your name and drinks. We tended to tip a waiter on a morning and one on an evening and we were looked after very well. The room was clean, tidy and spacious, the maids were welcoming and room cleaned every day again very friendly!. The pool was chilled, plenty of loungers to choose from and no excessive noise. There were also plenty of loungers around a side grassy area and on the beach. Beach towels were available to hire. The events team ran various water activities such as water aerobics, foam parties, little events for the the kids/adults to be part of and enjoy. On the beach there was parasailing, jetski's and other rides to enjoy at a cost , not associated with the hotel. There was not much outside the hotel, a few shops and restaurants, however, there are places to visit and excursions to be had within a taxi ride or organised trips (from within the hotel and arranging via online etc). There are fly's, but nothing that put us off and uncontrollable.. hey it's North Africa your going to get them it mother nature!!! All in all I would fully recommend this resort and would go back again, great value for money, good food, very clean and all the staff work very hard for you to enjoy your stay.

Nozha beach resort and spa is the amazing place to be . Everything here is great, we had such a nice and clean room with amazing pool And sea view, the food is diverse and tasty, the staff friendly and helpful, there is also a private beach Night time is great and the best thing here is the animation teams

Recently came back from Nozha Beach hotel, where I proposed to my partner with the help of the wonderful staff! We were there for 1 week, hotel was pristine, really nice food, nice amenities, room was incredible. I'd like to specially praise Amine and Wissem at the reception, who helped me organise and also have flowers delivered for the proposal. Also, Majed and Mohsen who helped organise the table, champagne at the restaurant and as well Hayden, who did the filming. Massive thank you to everyone who helped make our holiday one to remember! Would highly recommend a visit there, you won't regret it!

Arrived back today after an amazing week. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. I suggest you book all the different themed dinners in the restaurants. We had two different a la carte meals in two different restaurants then had themed nights in the beach restaurant. The animation team are one of the best teams I’ve ever seen, they are so entertaining and engaging, the amphitheatre is fabulous. The rooms are great, large enough and with much needed air conditioning. The drinks and cocktails are the best. All the staff are wonderful. Change money little and often with reception and don’t take any dinars to the airport, as you are not allowed to take currency out of the country. Taxis are cheap you should visit the old and new Medinas, both brilliant. I want to go back right now despite just getting home this afternoon. Thank you Nozha beach for a truly amazing holiday ❤️❤️

A wonderful hotel with many attractions. Delicious food, very friendly service. The best animation team, especially Blacky. A man with a heart on his sleeve. I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate, choose Nozha Beach Resort & Spa.

Theee best holiday in a beautiful country The hotel is fantastic, so beautiful with all the palm trees, a huge pool & private beach. A little taste of paradise for sure The food was good & lots of options, and their beachside restaurant was amazing, Both the food & the view So difficult to describe how amazing, friendly & accommodating ALL the staff were! From you first walk through the doors of this hotel until you leave you are treated like royalty! Truly lovely people. My first time in Tunisia but certainly not my last! And will definitely be returning to this hotel
