Hôtel Club Les Colombes in Hammamet

Hi , i went to this hotel with my family wich contains 4 members , and it was the worst hotel i have been to so far.

First of all is the room im not going to lie its spacious but it was very dirty when we got there they said that the housekeeper will arrive tomorrow ,we had to sleep in such a mess also the room had old furniture like really old ones it feels like you're in the 90s ,the only normal thing was the tv wich is so small and had a broken remote alongside with 10 year old stickers covering the whole screen ,we were afraid to touch it because it was covered with dust. Dont get me started on the toilet, water all over the floor , only cold water in the shower and the toilet seat was broken .
We had limited choices in the restaurent : cold salad , harrisa , weird tunisian pasta and an overcooked chiken . Sometimes they served pizzas that tasted really bad , i dont know how they were able to make it that disgusting , the waiting line was so long , i waited 10 minutes to get two slices of pizza , the cookers were disrespectful and wore dirty clothes im pretty sure that they dont care about health and safety . The restaurent should close at 2Pm but when we went there at 1:45 they kicked us out saying it had closed five minutes ago ,they should've at least gave us a plate of pasta or something.
The service was miserable especially the guys at the bar they were mean and whenever you ask them to give you something they look at you dead in the eyes like you just murdered their family and it gets worse when u ask for a bottle of water without having a ticket because they have an annoying "rule" ,if you want to get a bottle of water you have to go to the receptionist ,ask them for a ticket then go back to the bar , hand them the ticket and finally they will give you your hot water , by the way you can only have a ticket a day . You also have to pay to get a cup of coffee while paying for an "all-inclusive" reservation .
The pool was good ,clean and big but a little bit crouded around 11:30 am, they also had an aqua gym it was fun .but the kids pool is extremly small , dirty and full of clore.
The beach is geat but small they didnt allow antone to go over the barriers.

To conclude ,it was a miserable vacation i would never suggest going to this hotel ,we had to cancel our reservation and book another one in another hotel .
Overall i will give it 2 out of ten , overpriced and fake reviews it should be a 2-1 star hotel not three stars.

It’s a very simple hotel but they obliged me to rate it good and the also the menu of food is always the same (they want to raise the raiting so they can get people if the hotel was good i will rate it by my self not obligatory

Even writing a comment to this hotel is a waste . Peaple shouldd be payed to stay there . Where sall I start with ? the restaurant that serves chicken and boiled potatos every meal ? the rooms that don t have an air conditioner ? the terrible animation that puts music from 80 s ? When I was taking a shower the water cut off and I had to wait with the shampoo in my eyes till it get back !!! II don t recommend , unless u wanna break up with your girl friend and suffer a lifelasting trauma .
