The hotel is designed for active recreation, so here includes a lively animation and entertainment program, a variety of different sports at the same time, the rooms are very simple.

Location: 60 km from the international airport Enfida, 5 km from the centre of Hammamet.

Consists of one hundred and eighteen 1-storey cottages. One area the hotel Dar Khayam.

Total area: 40 000 m2.

Beach: private sandy beach area, public beach, 50 m from the hotel. The first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds – free of charge, mattresses, towels – for a fee. The length of the beach – 50 m.

The best hotel in Tunisia, we came back here after 3 years for the second time with all family. The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show. Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times but we came back here. All the staff are friendly (in reception, at the bar, in restaurant). We were satisfied with everything here. We definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. Thank everyone for everything

Absolutely Terrible. Never Again This hotel was a complete disaster. The staff at reception were rude and unhelpful, the check-in process was ridiculous (one paper buffet card for 4 people, one heavy old key for the whole room). The room was filthy, smelled awful, and looked like it hadn’t been renovated in decades. The AC was ancient, the bathroom reeked, and the corridors felt abandoned and unsafe. The buffet food was inedible and unhygienic, the pool tiny and overcrowded, and parking was a nightmare, staff told me to leave my rental car outside and even blamed me for moving it earlier. I booked 10 nights but left after 2, yet they still charged me nearly half the total cost. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place completely.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order. I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle. There was a lot of activities during the day and then kids mini disco in the evening. The best animation team. It was good stay. My kid loved it. Thank you guys.

Disappointed, because we booked a room for 4 with a view of the mother, we ended up in an interior room.
But it's still quite correct for a family with children,

No parking due to the aqua park and a restaurant on the beach. Sana and the hotel reception team are unfriendly and pay little attention to customer requests.
Despite the all-inclusive option, no bottled water is included, only by the glass. The food is good but no choice, always the same every day.
First room was dirty with a torn curtain, a dirty bathroom, and two single beds with mattresses that were too thin.
Second room was clean, the housekeeper was efficient and kind. The bathroom paint was peeling, but still clean.
The reception desk and bar area were so dirty that no one dared to sit down.
All-inclusive without proper coffee.
No choice of drinks. Lots of extras despite the all-inclusive option.
Dirty pool, questionable water. Seaweed.
Luckily, we only stayed 3 nights; a hotel to forget.
