Highly recommended
Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, near the creek and a pleasant walk along the creek to the beach.
Breakfast was fabulous, delicious turkish breakfast with a choice of fried, boiled or omelette eggs.
Comfortable bedrooms and beds but air con not very effective.
Fabulous pool and surrounding area, with shady spots to relax in.
Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully return ourselves.

Staff was kind and helpful, but there were noise at night either from the owners or other guests. The air ventilation was strange in a way that the balcony of next door was next to toilet ventilation, and all the smoke (and noise) from the smokers of next room was in my room too. Breakfast was average so I felt overall it was expensive.

Very beautiful hotel, clean and tidy, warmly decorated, delicious breakfast, coffee and black tea are available 24 hours a day, and the front desk guy upgraded our room for free.

Pool doesn’t open till 12.00.
Garden room is a passage looking onto wall. Rooms are more basement than garden. The room was so damp that we asked to move.
Though staff spoke no English they were helpful. Breakfast was good and only short walk to centre and river retaurants

Overall, I had a great experience with the Akyaka Gümüş Konak and staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to spend a weekend break. We will come back.

Great hotel 10 minutes walk along the river to the marina great selection of restaurants and nice sandy safe beach for kids

Gumus Konak is an excellent hotel. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The staff are excellent and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

If I knew that the room is located on underground floor I wouldn't booked it. It has very strong smell of damp like in cave which made us cough. Otherwise, room was ok. WiFi was weak though. Breakfast isn't tasty and we were given only one omelet for two of us. In addition, after I made reservation they sent me the confusing email in Turkish indicating that I have to pay 100 liras more than the price in euros was. I have no idea what it was because I said that there must be a mistake and they fixed it.

We had a pleasure staying in this hotel in July. We enjoyed our stay every day, I want so say thank you to all staff who helped us very much whenever we asked for help. The hotel is very cozy with tasty Turkish breakfast near the river. I highly recommend this hotel for visiting!
