Hamle Hotel in Akyaka

We booked an economy room that included breakfast, but our experience was not good. The breakfast was average and repetitive every day. There is no lift, so we had to carry our two small and two large pieces of luggage up to the third floor. One staff member helped us with one large bag; the rest we had to manage ourselves.

The service was very poor. When we asked for a table, one staff member told us to do it ourselves. The room was very old and not clean; they didn’t clean it every day or change the towels regularly. If you are someone who values hygiene, be aware that the bathroom was quite dirty and lacked shower gel.

We requested cleaning on the second day, but the receptionist told us they would clean after two days, despite us paying for every night. The only positive aspect was the location; everything else was lacking. The economy room was outdated and made from poor materials, and the cleaning service was inadequate. The breakfast was subpar, and there were only a couple of staff members who seemed unhelpful and indifferent.
