Very close to the center and beach but quiet and peaceful at the same time...family managed,very clean rooms....
The location is not bad, but the rooms are very dirty, as seen in the pictures, there was no washing machine. The plate is missing, the handle of the ceiling is broken and it is dirty. The shower cabin didn't even have a door, water splashes everywhere. The pool does exist but even its edges were green. We had a 3-day reservation, we couldn't stand the second day and left. In short, I do not recommend it.

Price is reasonable. Little bit far from beach but nice.
