The best hospitality from all the staff .
Breakfast was great.
Baked fresh bread in the wood oven evey morning.
22 minutes walk to marina.
Great pool for kids.(No deep end).

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from Yalıkavak marina. It has its own pier and access to the sea. What surprised me most is that the owner, Seyfi Bey, is from Gaziantep and owns a fantastic Gaziantep restaurant, which is great if you're coming from outside the city. Another thing that caught my attention was the hotel's art gallery, which houses approximately 1600 paintings. I highly recommend it.

Unbelievable dirty hotel with broken air conditioning. Even the broken window of the room was not replaced ! Sticky floors.

Double check before making a reservation because there are 2 hotels which have similar names in Yalikavak (Art Suite Hotel & Arts Hotel).
This hotel is good on location but beach is facing for Yalikavak Marina. Other than this, stuff is helpful and good for just staying, nothing more on amenities...

A very bad experience in this hotel, I rate it as only one star. The towels are dirty and the pool is not clean. Dealing with us is not good. I left the hotel without completing my reservation there either. I forgot expensive items at the hotel. I came to get it back and they refused because it was not there. Then I brought the driver to them and took it out of their sight. I don't recommend it. Especially for Arabs

I don't even know where to start. It was that bad. There were blood stains on the beds, hair from previous guests. The bathroom smelled like a cowshed. I often gagged because of the smell. The towels were dirty. The curtains were also stained with blood and it was generally very dirty in the hotel room. But the location was good. Still, I wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel is within walking distance of Yalikavak Marina. Really great location, the pool was the highlight. Really friendly staff as well!
