Nice, spacious apartment suitable for a family. We really enjoyed our time there. It was lovely sitting on the balcony and watching the hustle and bustle of Akyaka’s daily life. A big plus is the large supermarket right across the street — very convenient! There’s also plenty of parking close to the entrance. The main entrance door can be locked at night, and the place felt very safe and secure.

The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, although we often drove 20–30 minutes to another beach that we personally found nicer.

The host is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and discreet, always quick to respond to our questions and requests.

Although the apartment is not new, it is well-maintained and very clean.

All in all, it offers great value for money.

Very nice hotel in the centre of the action. Nice and big, super cozy, a nice terrance to sit outside and watch the action. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

We booked XOX at the last minute, after our plans for elsewhere fell through. So glad this happened as XOX is fabulous. We booked it mainly because we needed a washing machine and balconies to dry our clothes but there are so many other good reasons to stay here. It’s close to cheap restaurants, cafes and grocery store and, though it’s on the main street, you can’t hear any noise from the bedrooms. Everything is ultra clean and you have loads of space to relax and unwind. It’s terrific!

Bedding was pristine. Air-con included in the price. Great location in elevated position and next to a variety of shops: grocery, drinks, delicatessen, patisserie, two cafes a few steps away. En-suite showers to two bedrooms on 120 sq meter apartment, very secure building with keys to main door and high security lock to apartment selected. Plenty of light from four very large patio doors. Views to street activity, mountains and a little of sea in far distance. All the space you need with two settees, dining table. Additional toilet. Marble and wood flooring. High quality spec. Cleaned to perfection. Full size cooker. Dish washer, washing machine. Any problems are referred via the Turkish spoken receptionist / maid who can pass you on to ownership team who do speak good english. Would happily use again. Cleaned to perfection. Disposable slippers, water, on arrival. Other than no microwave or toaster, a TV that only has Turkish channels ( radio channel plays quality english music) we had the ideal and very relaxing apartment.

We had a fantastic two bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms, and 3 WC. The kitchen is fully equipped. The common area is large, light amd comfortable. We were happy with our choice.

We stayed for 4 nights as a group of 6 in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are decent, beds are comfy. The hotel is located in a central spot, supermarket and banks are nearby. Rooms have Ac and a decent size kitchen is available for cooking as well. Good accommodation!

Large, clean apartments with mountain and sea view. Good communication with the owners and a really friendly check in. Mid stay clean and fresh towels were unexpected but very welcome. Quality appliances and well equipped. Nicely situated with a supermarket, excellent coffee shop and free car park opposite. Plenty of local restaurants and an artisan deli/bakery /greengrocery nearby. We've fallen in love with Akyaka and will definitely return. We would definitely recommend XOX Apartments!

Apartments are spacious. Everything works and is in good shape. Convenient location and the view is good.

Cleaning is superb and we had an extra midway cleaning that was just amazing!

Host are just great welcoming people! It’s so good to see places like this where an owner holds to higher standards.

Ps in winter it was very comfortable and warm.
