Big thanks to the ates hotel family. Specially Ali from the reception. He was very helpful and friendly.
At the end of the season, with the thought that we will find a comfortable place, we visited all the hotels, apartments and hostels, starting from the top to the bottom, and we were shocked when we saw the Ateş hotel and learned its prices. We would not have thought that we would stay in such a comfortable, clean and wonderful place when the places where we could be disgraceful for the same money were full. Cleanliness and hygiene is ten out of ten. It is pleasant to spend time even on the balcony of the spaciousness of the rooms. There are those who criticize that they had the same breakfast for three days, whatever comes to mind when you say breakfast, we liked it very much, it was enough for their products to be of high quality, and it was. Although we only stayed one night, we felt this comfort. The smiling faces of the people around us show that they feel the same. It is very difficult to understand the expectations of those who write negative reviews. We stayed in a different place every day during our one-week holiday, it was the place where we paid the least and had the most comfort. Thanks a lot for everything
We stayed at Ates Hotel for 3 days. My objective observations, positive and negative, are as follows;
+ An economically priced hotel in bed and breakfast concept according to the location
+ Spacious new rooms and bathrooms
+ New and quiet working air conditioner
+ A quiet hotel, the opportunity to rest in peace
+ Close to restaurants, boat tours, markets in the city center
- They put the same breakfast in front of us every morning for 3 days. The breakfast menu was poor and inadequate. Made to be done. Variety and taste was very bad. The plates were open and flies were flying over them. This demonstrates the value given to the customer.
- Air conditioner maintenance was not routinely done, and when the cover was removed and looked at, the honeycomb and aluminum grids were dusty. I could use them after washing.
- All the dust of the room was swept under the beds. The work of the personnel is not supervised, I guess, it is obvious that a sloppy work is done.
- The pool is not big enough
- Wifi speed low download below 5 mbps.
