The place has its positive and negative points, but for us, there was no balance between the two, and we would not stay there again and we will not recommend it. To begin with, it is not a hotel, it is like an Airbnb with a "breakfast" benefit. We went to the address indicated on the booking, but it was not correct. We had to contact them by phone and someone from the accommodation came to meet us. This part of the city is closed to cars and parking is only available far away, so it was important to have the exact location so as not to get lost on the street with bags full of luggage. There are several accommodations with the same name Bono, according to booking it says it is facing the beach, but that is not where we stayed, and for all of them the check-in location is a coffee shop in the old town, where there are also rooms (which was our case), even so, it is a good location.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation, but it is in another place, 5 minutes away on foot, at a restaurant of the Bono chain. It only starts serving from 8:30 am, and the boat tours start at 9 am. If it were a self-service or quick breakfast, it wouldn't be a problem, but we arrived at 8:27 am and were only served at 8:55 am, not to mention that we only had 1 cup of tea included, even for water we had to pay extra, and this information wasn't available in the app.
As for the room, it was large and comfortable, but the acoustics were terrible, you could hear EVERYTHING outside and the gate slammed all night long when other guests arrived. In our room, there was an "area" with all glass walls right in the middle, which separated the single bed from the double bed, but this area had an external door that opened onto the street and was closed only by a curtain that could be moved by those on the street. We didn't use the area and blocked the curtain with a chair, because they could see inside the room.
