We loved everything about the Dalyan Holiday Hotel. It was peaceful, shady and relaxed, and the view of the Lycian tombs from the river terrace is absolutely spectacular. Kerem is an incredible host who makes you feel immediately welcome and at home. The room (we had a family room for two adults and two teens) was simple, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - not only delicious and generous, but served by the river alongside the turtles who turned up every day for their share! It was magical - a really special start to our holiday and what felt like a happy accident given we had just been looking for somewhere within easy reach of Dalaman airport.

One piece of advice - the reception is at the back of the hotel after you enter from the street. We arrived at night and were (briefly) unsure if we were in the right place. Just walk through towards the garden and you’ll find yourself in a lovely comfortable lounge full of art. Don’t judge until you get there.

The hotel was perfect, in the queiter end of town, right opposite the tombs. The place had a great laid back vibe, river swimming and kayaking available, amazing breakfast by the river, with turtles as company. The host was so friendly and helpful, we loved the place and will definitley be back.

We have travelled quite a lot in Turkey and love to stay in small, Turkish family hotels
This hotel really was in an ideal location, with very friendly service and excellent food. The Turkush breakfast in the lovely gardens, right by the river, and seeing the turtles close up was amazing!
However, the very poor standard of our room spoilt it. The room was in a very tatty and dilapidated state, too many faults to list.
The cleainess of the bedding, towels and the shower could also have been improved.
Had we been staying for more than 2 nights we would have complained or moved hotel.
Such a shame because, with a little maintenance it could be lovely.

Family like stay with warm welcome and great Hospitality.
You should be comfortable with dogs when staying here because the owners dogs are lively and curious.
Dinner offer was great and with romantic view.

Stayed for one day. The city itself is very interesting, there is something to do for several days for sure. A small hotel in a village style, simple and cozy, there is a swimming pool, terraces, verandas. The view from the terrace is right opposite the tombs, its own pier, you can call a boat. Just for the view it is worth staying here. Nice hosts, pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. We left our things on the floor after check-out and went to the thermal springs.

This place is perfect. Tucked just off the Main Street but still on the river and has the best views over the carvings in the cliff in the whole town!
We were hosted so brilliantly and made to feel incredibly welcome. Delicious breakfast, really comfy beds, use of the kayak! Superb. Thank you!

Can’t recommend enough this magical place. My husband and I spent a wonderful week there full of joy, peace and great memories. Location is perfect, outdoor facilities are more than ever expected, and the magnificent river view of the Ligurian tombs is the best in the village. Spending breakfasts by the river with this view, interaction with huge river turtles and delicious homemade Turkish breakfast brought so much joy and left us full until the evening. But the very best part of the place is the hosts themselves. Kerem and his beautiful mom are just wonderful, that kind of persons who become friends for life. These people and their attention, care and humor made our vacation a very happy experience.

Very nice stay at Dalyan. The garden awith thé swimming pool and the river is excellent to chill and enjoy a drink. A very nice atmosphère with an amazing view on the ruins :)
