Booked this accommodation as knew the location and how close it was to the main *****. Booked a deluxe king size room but we were given a loft room with a double bed. No view from balcony unless we were standing, lights on the balcony didn’t work, bathroom was dirty and towels only changed once in a week. Room was only cleaned once during our week stay. No safe in rooms only available at reception desk. Staff spoke very little English and weren’t helpful at all.

the pictures doesn't do this place justice. it's really beautiful. we stopped there one night as it was close to dalaman airport. a 20min drive. I wasn't expecting much but it was lovely, clean n better than the picks we booked 3 apartments but we only needed one. they didn't let me cancel the 2 I didn't need with was annoying and the reception staffs English was poor. they didn't understand much of what I was asking the place itself is lovely has some food places a d a good few shops for souvenirs etc

Fantastic apartment
Fantastic apartment. Paid a little extra for the deluxe and it was massive. Modern inside with a great finish. Ladies on reception warm and welcoming. Excellent value for money.

The property was worn and in need of some TLC.
Equipment not provided for a family to be self catering.
Convenient and close to town.
Bed and towels changed twice in a week.

Arrived at 4.30am to be told no rooms ready for us and that we could have another room for a couple of hours but would have to move again not ideal when you've got two 80 yrs old pensioners with you Young lad on reception could not speak/understand any English so all conversations were done by Google translate Manager serket is the most miserable and obnoxious man you could meet Rooms were clean when we eventually got a room but had to ask 3 days in for fresh towels etc because there was no sign of any cleaner coming to us Complex is clean just mo organisation in the place Don't think I will be in a hurry to stay there again

We didn't get the room we booked but instead went to a restaurant away from the main building. We booked a room with a view of the garden. The only thing I saw was crowds of people and the smell of food. See photo, "View of the garden". There is not enough space for breakfast and the facilities are poor. Never again. First they tried to give us a tiny house that we couldn't even lock.

Don't believe the photos posted. There was no hot water in the shower. You can hear the voices from the surrounding rooms so it might be hard for people with sensitive skin.
