A place where you can have a nice holiday with your family in a family environment, with a large garden and a pool, a wonderful environment, thank you Hüseyin Bey for such a beautiful environment.

Four families spent the holiday together. It's the perfect place for families. There's no blaring music. The pool is large, and the kids had a blast because there were other families there. We stayed in a 2-bedroom house. There's a refrigerator and air conditioning. The master bedroom and children's bedroom are spacious and adequate. The kitchen and living area have a seating area. The balcony is spacious. You feel right at home. The garden is magnificent and offers complete peace of mind. The laundry room is shared, but we did our laundry every day, and there was almost no mess. The downside is that there are no mosquito nets on the balcony doors. The air conditioning and solar water heater are all working. The kitchen has ample utensils. Hüseyin Bey is very attentive and helpful. It's within walking distance of Dalyan's market, so you can stroll there in the evenings. We arrived later than our other group. We stayed for four days and wish we had spent most of our holiday here. We won't need to look elsewhere when we return to Dalyan. Thank you to the owners. You can choose this place without hesitation.

Had a wonderful week in autumn, away from the bustle of the city. Wonderful territory, comfortable accommodation. The host is an ideal master of his craft. I would like to separately note that it was nice to go fishing accompanied by Hussein. As a fisherman to fishermen I highly recommend this place.

A great place for a romantic getaway. We really appreciate the cleanliness and order on the territory. The decency of the host, the super pool. Special thanks to Mr. Hussein for his advice on how to spend time in the city in the evenings, he knows shops, restaurants and barbers very well. I hope we will come back!

I am sharing my impressions of this wonderful place, this is not the first time that we have been here with our whole family. We feel at home, absolute relaxation, spacious territory, exceptionally clean swimming pool for adults and children and the most delicious Turkish breakfast in the world. It is cozy, friendly and has a pleasant atmosphere, which is created by the hospitable owner, barbecue master Hussein. He is always ready to help and advise the vacationer on how to spend time in Dalyan with maximum benefit. I recommend it to everyone. And most importantly - we are ready to come back here many more times.

A great villa hotel to go with your family, Dalyan is a place to see and visit and it is in a beautiful location right in the middle of Fethiye and Marmaris. We thank the owner Hüseyin Bey very much for his hospitality.

We came to Dalyan for the first time. There is a large garden that will make 5 families (10 adults and 10 children) very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and took great care of us. The large pool was a separate pleasure for the children. If we come again, we will stay here again. We are the southern blind. I recommend it for both foreigners and Turks.
