Mykonut Apart Hotel in Fethiye

Positive aspects: location, spacious apartment, washing machine
Negative aspects: staff (especially the very rude guy), cleanliness (there was a long hair in the kitchen, dust on the floor, and the toilet was dirty). Broken table.

I’ve been staying here one month in May and it was very nice experience!
Apartments have everything – washing machine, dishwasher, very good mattress and stunning view. VERY QUIET ENVIRONMENT which is especially important for me. Staff is super helpful. Cleaning each 3 days. Literally 30 seconds walk to the sea promenade.

A small apart-hotel, located in a quiet area, literally a couple of blocks to the embankment on foot, there is a supermarket nearby. The room itself has a small living-dining room (with two sofas) and a separate bedroom. Bed linen and towels are available, everything is intact. There is a hair dryer, toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel), a full-size refrigerator in working condition, a washing machine (washed - works), there is a kettle and an electric stove with two burners, a small set of dishes: if necessary, you can cook food, and not just drink tea. The air conditioner is working and there is a silent mode. We took the apartment literally for two nights, the breakfasts are good, but not in the hotel itself, but they give a coupon and you need to walk literally a block towards the sea and on the shore there is a cafe where you will be fed. For the three of us, they literally filled the entire table with different snacks (sausages, cheeses, fresh and stewed vegetables, baked cheese rolls, omelette and fried eggs, various jams and honey, watermelon, French fries...) We were very pleased and full. Yes, the hotel itself is not new, but everything is clean and works, there are two more balconies. Friendly staff who are always at the reception, and most importantly, a very quiet area, and it is literally 5-10 minutes to walk to the central busy part. There is a very nice restaurant Aladdin nearby (mostly locals eat there and it is always full of people, the prices are very nice and most importantly everything is very fresh and tasty (I understand they specialize in grilled dishes, various meat delicacies) the portions are large. I highly recommend the hotel as a budget option, it is very decent. The only thing is that there is a narrow staircase up there and you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs, this is probably the only downside that there is no elevator, but there are only 4 floors.

Very quiet location but convenient for a walk beside the sea. Staff are efficient and English speaking. Booking was easy. The rooftop apartment is comfy and well equipped although some herbal teas would be appreciated in addition to the coffee provided. I would recommend this place.

I was very happy to stay at that hotel. The location was great , the kitchen had everything for cooking.
The suite was spacious with lots of lighting.
The staff were great and very helpful they answered any questions we had .
They were supportive and helpful.
Sadike the receptionist ( front desk )was sweet and helpful.
The place was very close to the sea for walking.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet and expensive area.

Large area, spacious bedroom, bathroom and living room combined with kitchen.
Beautiful purple ceiling lighting and 2 large balconies.
Convenient access to shopping centers and intercity buses, port and minibuses.

The administrator named Sadike told us everything about excursions and popular destinations.
