You have to pass through a large car park to reach the hotel; the rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The shower cabin in our bathroom was missing parts, and everything was soaked. The drains don't have sufficient drainage, causing water to pool. The door locks are very insecure. The window handles are broken. Everything, including the single bed they provided, is very uncomfortable. The air conditioner is old and takes two hours to cool the room. Breakfast is not a buffet; a standard plate is served. The only positive thing is its location.

It's not amazing, they should probably remove the breakfast, they shouldn't even bother with that, but it's worth coming because of its proximity to the sea. It would be better if the odor problem in the rooms was resolved. It's not unsuitable for staying, but it's ideal for those who are spontaneous.

It's an absolute disappointment. I'm very upset that this wonderful hotel, where we rushed to go as if it were our own home for four summers in a row, has fallen into this state. The hotel, which we frequented when it was run by Mr. Serdar and his family, is now truly in a terrible condition. There's no trace of the attention, cleanliness, breakfast, or even the smiles and politeness. Therefore, don't believe the previous reviews. Unfortunately, the current management is extremely rude and grumpy. Even the smallest natural expectation or request is met with great rudeness. I only wanted to give it a chance out of respect for its former glory. But unfortunately, I will never go there again. Above all, the attitude and behavior were very unpleasant.

don’t waste your money
From the moment we arrived, we realised that the hotel looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, the bed was dirty, yellow and definitely slept in, while the shower was full of mould.
The floors were full of dust and we couldn’t walk without shoes. There were cobwebs and spiders all around, and the door wouldn’t lock unless locked first and harshly pulled.
We ended up going out for an hour to decide what to do, and when we came back the whole floor of the 1st floor where we were meant to be staying had a big puddle of water that was continuously expanding, probably coming from another room. This was the last push for us and we ended up packing our bags at 10.30 pm and left the hotel to find somewhere else to stay.
We had just arrived from Kos Island and had a flight to London the next morning so it was definitely very inconvenient. As we were waiting for a taxi outside, the whole electricity of the hotel was shut off (probably due to a health hazard with the flooding), and we realised we left at the exact right time.

SAKIN VE SAKIN BURAYA GİTMEYİN. Hayatımda bu kadar pis bir yer görmedim. Aylık parası peşin verildiğinden çıkamadık. Duşun sifonu tıkalı duşakabinin kapılarından içeri giremiyorsunuz. Yataklar çok kötü ve eski yayları bozuk. Odalarda dolap yok. Odadan içeri girdiğinizde kesif bir rutubet ve köhne pis bir koku karşılıyor. Dakka başı oda parfümü sıkmak zorunda kaldık. Klima filtreleri rahat bir 2 yıldır temizlenmemiştir. Heleki bir ocak vardı temizlleyin dedik o kadar pistiki aynen geri getirdiler. Kullanamadık. Su ısıtıcının kapağı ha keza salakçaydı. Karıncalar için boyuna yerlere karbonat dökmek zorundasınız. Sineklikler yırtık içeri devamlı sivrisinek doluyor onun için perdeleri açıp havalandıramıyorsunuz. Odayı temizletmek isterseniz ek ücret istiyorlar. Odayı tutarken otopark var dediler meğerse burası merkezi bir otoparkın içinde imiş. Kapıya arabayla gelemiyorsunuz. Park etmeseniz bile kapıya eşya getirmek için arabayla girerseniz otopark ücreti vermek zorundasınız. Çok kötü bir deneyimdi SAKIN OLA GİTMEYİN.

The rooms are simply furnished and good for sleeping. You can park easily. But you have to pay extra parking fees, which are okay. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach.
