Location is great, very close to all the life of the center yet peaceful. Close to the bus station which was important to me as i arrived from Izmir by bus. The room is clean, everything works, no excesses but all your needs are covered.
The hosts are nice and helpful, family run business.
However if you have suitcases as i did have a room on the 1st floor. The stairs are very narrow and i could hardly put them down upon checkout.
I recommend the place overall.

Everything is great, except that they only speak Turkish. On some issues we simply couldn’t agree and we didn’t understand each other.

A good, small, inexpensive hotel.
I stayed alone in triple room 205, with two windows overlooking the courtyard, greenery, and houses. The room was large, the bathroom was huge, and there was enough space for a bed :). The shower was decent. Everything worked, it was convenient, well-maintained, and simple. There were screens on the windows, but a couple of mosquitoes managed to sneak in.
On the downside, there was no kettle or any kitchenware in the room.

Reception is open 24 hours. One of the receptionists spoke English, the second spoke worse than even my Russian, but they were nice, and we came to an agreement :).

The location is excellent, everything is close by, yet a bit away from the waterfront; it's a 10-15-minute walk to the bus stop. There are inexpensive lodgings up the street, near the market and services in the bus stop area.

Really quiet, sleep was comfortable, but there was some noise, which can be a bit disturbing during peak season.

A good option for a few nights without unnecessary requests.

Lovely Staff and clean room, super central but at the same time quiet. In general a very pleasant stay, basic but good.

This is an extraordinary small hotel just a 5 minute walk from the marina. It is extremely clean well kept and reasonably priced. The staff was amazing in helping us with anything we needed like recommending small local places to eat, booking our dolphin swim without accepting the kick back fee to even washing the fruit we purchased. The breakfast is more than adequate and has many items and laundry facilities are cheap and available, wifi is good and AC cools room nicely. This is the second year we stayed here for 9 days this time and it was a pleasure.

Nice place but Far from the beach needs 20 min. to reach..and they did not clean the room everyday ...same breakfast everyday.
