Manuela Boutique Hotel in Bitez

This was a memorable 7 days holiday with my family and my friend's family. There were many pros in our experience: Beach front location, great food, friendly and respectful staff, every night entertainment, we especially liked the latin nights, and personal attention of Mr. Oktay, owner of the hotel. Highly recommended.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY 👍 Hotel was on the direct access to private beach with confortable sun beds and umbrellas. Breakfast area was right on the beach, it was perfect with wide variety of options and omlet station, you could choose yours, Toom was cleaned every day,it was impeccable with confortable bed,balcony and coffee facilities, most important had a great air conditioning. Car parking in hotel was convenient. My sincere thanks to all the hotel staff for their exceptional service.

I recently returned from an 11 day stay at the wonderful Manuela. Firstly, just to get the little niggles out of the way , my friend emailed the hotel in advance and sent two messages by different methods, requesting a twin room and saying how much we were looking forward to coming, she had no reply whatsoever, we were surprised as other reviews say they had replies back, when we arrived we were shown to a double room, we asked if they had a twin and then got shown to a room with a double bed and a single bed, we were then told we would have to wait til the morning to change, we went back 3 times and eventually got shown a twin, we took it as we wanted to get on with our stay. The cases were taken to our new room, which was really helpful, we had quite a small room, to the extent that i had to put my case on the bedside cabinet between our beds, the walls were very thin and the noise level was pretty bad from the other rooms. We had the same cups and saucers for the whole 11 days and were left a few cardboard cups, 5 days in. Now for breakfast, we were a bit late going because of the room change. There were no free tables, no bread left, yet we witnessed on many occasions, other guests taking 2-3 slices and throwing it in the sea to feed the fish! i think the breakfast area would benefit, from having some tables for 2 as sometimes only one person or a couple would be sat at a table for 4, we tried going at different times, but were met with the same issue, we could of used the bar area, but juggling plates and hot drinks with our beach bags was more hassle than it was worth, so didn't bother for the rest of our stay. I have to say, having visited Bitez before, we loved the chilled out vibe of the place and having previously stayed in Gumbet, we really wanted to stay here. The hotel, the staff, were wonderful, Oktay, Arjie and Jacob were so helpful, kind and couldn't do enough for you, as were all the staff. The entertainment was incredible, the latin band, beyonce and colombian dancers were insane and with everyone dancing, it felt at times like you were in a bar in Havana, they have so got it right here, we never had a problem getting a table, waiter service for drinks, just perfect. We ate in the restaurant amazing service and the steak superb x We met some lovely people and can see why people choose to return, as i said at the start, these things were only niggles, i would definitely come back, even as a solo traveller i would feel totally safe and at ease. There's a small pool area, which we used several times as it was so quiet. The beach area is lovely, if you order food or drinks they bring it to your beds, i miss it already.. There's a promenade that runs the whole length of the beach, with lovely little bars and restaurants, also a jetty, so lots of places to eat and drink. We stayed in this hotel for a week with a friend. The owner Oktay was very welcoming and friendly. He is very approachable and always takes a keen interest in customer satisfaction. Once my shower head broke and with no questions asked, it was replaced within the hour. The hotel is one of the oldest in the area. However, this does not detract from its quality or why it is always so busy and popular. We talked with other customers some of whom had been coming here for 10 plus years. That is some loyalty. Having stayed here, I now understand why. The hotel is like one big family. It treats its customers like family and its staff have been working for years so they know exactly what customers like. The hotel has its own exclusive area for a beautiful beach and lake to swim in. It’s gorgeous and a dip morning and evening is a must. There is no charge for deck chairs and no reservation is required. Drinks are plenty and there is no rule about breakfast or drinks not being allowed the restaurant or bar area. It’s a really friendly place. Cleaners clean your room and change towels for you everyday with no extra charge and beach towels are plenty. You can even take your room towels and staff won’t mind. Entertainment was plentiful with Cuban nights and a singer from Ireland. We noticed it was the only hotel in the area that provided regular and lasting entertainment every night. There was never a shortage of choices for things to do and places to go to. In short, in my opinion this is the best place out there which doesn’t leave you massively out of pocket or in regret afterwards… huge shout out to Argie, Ersun, Celal on the beach, Haci in the restaurant and also samet who always goes out of his way to please.

I have just returned home from yet another magical stay at Manuela Hotel in the beautiful coastal resort of Bitez. Like so many returning guests I am drawn back every year to this family run hotel which offers so much friendliness and hospitality. The owner Oktay, manager Arjie, and all the Manuela team are simply exceptional and immediately make you feel welcome and at home. There really is an undeniable magic in this very special place; it seems to permeate the very air itself making you feel a deep sense of peace and belonging. Perfectly located on the seafront with breathtaking views of Bitez bay, Manuela has ample sunbeds on its private, well maintained stretch of beach, with waiter service throughout the day. There is also a pool area nestled away in the hotel grounds - an oasis of tranquility. Mere words fail to describe all of the wonderful Manuela team of staff. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh bed linen and towels provided. The buffet breakfasts and dinners are presented to the highest standards and offer a wide variety of delicious dishes. The restaurant is on the seafront and It is evident that a lot of thought has gone into preparing a finely tuned menu with presentation, and attention to detail a priority. Enjoy a splendid evening meal listening to the gentle lapping of the waves beneath the crescent moon...A notable mention and special thank you to Naz, one of the female members of staff, who always has the time to attend to your requirements in such a gracious manner. Manuela's Temple Bar also provides entertainment seven nights per week. There is a super stage area, sound system, and dance floor managed by DJ Ali featuring Salsa nights with an eight piece Cuban band, Karaoke with Dave from England, and Irish musician Chris who sings and plays all the classic hits from across the decades. Costumed dance nights are also presented with mesmerising dance shows on display. I'm already missing being there enjoying the ritual of my morning Cortado coffee, watching the sun glistening on the bay as the sailboats silently glide by, with the island of Kos visible on the horizon. We stayed at manuela hotel and after 18 years since we tried turkey we loved it. The staff Arjie made us feel so welcome from our arrival bringing us in and showing us around and offering us a drink on the house. The Cuban band were playing when we arrived and they had the place rocking. The entertainment Chris the irish singer is brilliant he had a great repertoire of music. The staff all work really hard and nothing is too much trouble . The hotel is ideally situated on the beach and its chilled daytime vibe is ideal. We had the swimming pool to ourselves 3 days . We ate most nights in the restaurant on the beachfront and the food was delicious and plentiful served by very efficient staff. The location could not be better and the prices reasonable. The two lovely boys in the breakfast room are great and do a brilliant job. The maids came in every day and cleaned and changed our towels. The boys are very efficient in the bar and it gets busy when the dancers are on but they work well. Ahmet and Jacob. I was unwell one night and my husband went down for a takeaway and they brought our meal to our room on played with cutlery and napkins it was amazing. Even when you’re on the sunbeds the staff come out and bring your drink to you. Thanks to all the staff for a brilliant stay sorry don’t know all your names arjie , Jacob , Michael ,Ahmet and his brother and the lovely girl that brought us our food. It’s was our wedding anniversary when we were there and Arjie put flowers on the table and bought us a present all above and beyond. Even the receptionist had time for a lovely chat before our return to the airport. This hotel makes you feel like you are part of their family and you see returning customers and I can understand why we will definitely be back.

The service is extremely good, and the team working in the restaurant, as well as at the bar, is always attentive to the slightest needs. Respect and seriousness reign throughout the hotel. Its owner, who turns all his guests into part of the “Manuela” family, always smiling, walks around the hotel and restaurants, exuding the love and pride for this hotel and the service he provides.

A great hotel & food with open buffet where our family felt so comfortable and also as if at home in Bodrum. With its friendly and helpful staff, we started the day with a local breakfast and enjoyed Mediterranean cuisine with fresh fish three days a week. We were able to swim in the sea without walking, and we cooled off in the clear water. Every evening, with a variety of live music, we lost track of time. We've booked again for 2026 and left.

Back home from another amazing holiday at the Manuela Hotel. I have been staying there for over 15 years and the staff are family. The rooms are lovely and kept spotless by great cleaners. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting over looking the sea and the food is fabulous. The bar is well stocked and the staff are amazing. There is never anything too much trouble for the staff and will always look after you. Thank you to all the staff for another fabulous year of holiday see you all next year.

What can I say about manuela hotel. Firstly how clean is it? The rooms are spotless clean the pool area is spotless clean and the beach is regularly cleaned. How are the staff? Well I take my hat off to Oktay the boss because the staff clearly love him they respect him so much. Never once did I see any staff looking at the phone like in other places, I have to mention the bar staff, 4 fantastic lads who are always smiling and make you very welcome. Also the main PR man is Micheal on the beach. What a great happy guy an absolute assert to this hotel. Every night is entertainment with turkish night, Cuban night, Latin night, the best karaoke 🎤 night in bitez twice a week and the fabulous Also traditional Turkish singer and Chris from Dublin banging out the tunes in high seasin This is 100% the best hotel in bitez situated right on the beach.
