Along the beach, there are several hotels and restaurants offering Turkish, Italian, and other national cuisines, bathed by the beauty of the Aegean Sea and a fascinating glow throughout the coastal promenade. However, there is one place that stands out for its unique atmosphere and culinary flavor: the Manuela Hotel. Its Caribbean name was chosen by its owner, who was captivated by Cuban culture during an important period of his life and wanted to bring a piece of this beloved land to this wonderful corner of Bodrum.

The hotel offers a night show seven days a week, alternating dance, musical, and karaoke groups, making the guests active participants in the night’s activities. The Cuban musical group that performs two days a week transforms the night into a cultural journey to the Caribbean. You can feel the perfume of the dew and be invited to greet the dawn while listening to the crashing waves.

The service is extremely good, and the team working in the restaurant, as well as at the bar, is always attentive to the slightest needs. Respect and seriousness reign throughout the hotel. Its owner, who turns all his guests into part of the “Manuela” family, always smiling, walks around the hotel and restaurants, exuding the love and pride for this hotel and the service he provides.

This hotel is all about location! Fabulous position beachside with lovely private beach. Comfy & plentiful sun loungers & lots of parasols & shaded seating areas. Our room was smaller than we'd hoped but it was adequate with good storage space & very comfy bed. Big mirrors, good sized shower room but very small balcony. Bonus of washing line with pegs though! Had issues with water pressure for showers & dodgy wardrobe door but nothing to spoil our holiday. Food tasty & adequate. Bought our own fruit for breakfast as that was lacking. Huge shout out to the staff with special mention to the hardest working waiters in Turkey - Mehmet & Semet - thanks for the Turkish lessons guys!! Thanks to the young lad at the eggs station - delicious fried eggs & the super friendly lady serving hot food at dinner. We had a great week at this hotel.

I want to start with the most hospitable, welcoming, happy people who work and run the Manuela hotel. We have been to Turkey many times in the past and always found the people very welcoming and friendly. The staff at the Manuela went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It is amazing how they know what you need and how to make your holiday so enjoyable. It is the people who make the holiday, not so much the building. Everything was catered for over the 10 nights which made the holiday even more enjoyable. We had lots of laughs and fun nights in the bar area. The highlight of our holiday was the effort the staff made to spoil us with an anniversary evening meal. They dressed the table and even brought us a lovely cake with a huge firework on it at the end of our meal. We even received a gift from Argie and his son Enes. We are so sad that we could not say goodbye in person to some of the staff as they were all getting over a tragic sad event that day. We wish them all our love and best wishes. We hope to see them all again next year. The situation of the hotel is just stunning. The views are beautiful, looking at that every day was bliss. What more could you want in a holiday, lovely genuine people, stunning views, safe water to swim in and great food. Well done everyone at the Manuela / Temple bar.

Brilliant spot, nice and quiet, beach is literally 10 feet away, always sun beds free. Service is fast and the staff are amazing, welcoming and after 14 pints in one day they will call you English man for the rest of your stay. Flawless, will come again next year. Just the break I needed.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay , few minor hiccups that werent anyones fault got sorted... Oktay , Arge lovely helpful people without any angle . oktay advised on nice walks , trip to kos, the rooms are just ok but the whole experience was made unique by Oktay and his staff

We came to Bitez and to the Manuela not knowing really what to expect. We were not disappointed! We’d read the reviews and noticed that many people return year after year, so thought that they must be doing something right…. And they do. The location, the people, the atmosphere… everything was just what we hoped it would be. From the owner Oktay (who was on site for the vast majority of our stay and couldn’t do enough for his guests), reception staff, managers, waiters, cleaners…. Everyone was lovely. Easy travel to Bodrum which was lovely and worth the trip. All made for a great holiday. If I was being ultra critical I’d say that the breakfast became a little repetitive at the hotel, maybe a bit more fresh fruit would help. Other points regarding the resort, rather than the hotel. Eating out is a similar price to eating out in the UK. So don’t expect to be paying a lot less for your meals. And be aware that Bodrum Airport is very expensive! €15 for a pint and €5 for a Coke. Food there equally expensive. That said, these minor points won’t stop us from returning to Bitez and the Manuela. We will definitely be back!

Just returned from 2 weeks in the Manuela Hotel Bitez. Amazing time. The staff from the cleaners to Management were absolutely brilliant. A special shout out to Arg, Anil, Jacob and Lewis who all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was awesome. They were all friendly and helpful. Thanks guys. The rooms were clean and kept spotless. The air-conditioning was very welcome, as the temperatures soared. The food in the restaurant was varied, cooked to perfection and very tasty. Try the T bone steak, it was huge!!! Although the pool is small, it's very welcoming on a hot day. The beach is a bit stoney, so take some sea shoes, but is so close, only a couple of steps from the hotel, literally. No problem finding sunbeds every day. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

First time to turkey 🇹🇷 and wasn't disappointed. My wife booked the hotel and what a great hotel it was. Staff are very friendly, great location for the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Also the temple bar sells a great variety of drinks and the food is amazing.. the steak is to die for 😋. Will definitely be going back. They have entertainment on every night karaoke, singer,Latin band..

This was my fourth time at the Manuela. It's a lovely little hotel in a great location in Bitez. The owner always takes an interest to ensure everything is ok with you and invests in making improvements and updating the hotel. The manager and all the staff are friendly and hard working. Breakfast includes a station for omelette or fried eggs as well as wide range of Turkish breakfast items. The rooms are kept clean and have everything you need. The hotel has it's own beach just across the Promenade with comfortable sun loungers. The food in the restaurant is excellent and The Temple Bar which is part of the hotel provides great entertainment. Hope to be back soon!
