Anadolu Hotel Bodrum - All Inclusive in Guembet

This place is subpar; I wouldn't be surprised if it changes hands again next year. The hotel has been mediocre for a while. It changed its name 3-4 years ago, but they've made no renovations, maintenance, or repairs since taking over. The rooms are falling apart, with old beds and furniture. There's a bathtub, but it's useless as there's no plug. While the air conditioning does cool the room, the room cleanliness is awful. I took a shower, and water leaked from the curtain, flooding the bathroom, which was also full of women's hair. The food is mediocre, offering chicken and frozen fish every single day. The pool is acceptable, I suppose. Most of the staff were grumpy, with the sole exceptions of bartender Cem and Mr. Mehmet, whom I'd like to thank. I would absolutely never choose this hotel again. Despite providing pool towels, even when there were only 5 people at the pool, they claimed to have no towels left. This frustrating situation happened twice a day.

A 4 star hotel did not seem like a 2 at most.
Today when I checked out - I asked that they keep my suitcase in storage. (He had already told me that they had a luggage room).
In the morning (10:30) the receptionist told me to leave it outside in front of the reception. I told him that he would take care of it, thinking that he would put it in storage. I showed up to pick up at 6:00 p.m. and the suitcase was outside, in the same place I had left. There was another guy at reception, I told him that they had not put a suitcase in the locker room, the way he answered me it seemed that it was my fault for putting it in the locker room. That is to say a disaster.
