This is the most disgusting dirty , dangerous and unfit for human habitation hotel we have been in our 10 years visting Marmaris.
TRIED TO GET ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION AFTER 10 MINS IN THIS HOTEL!
Suggest it should be demolished I'll drive the bulldozer in myself.
Filthy rooms full of soaking black mould peeling wallpaper. No safety information, indeed no information whatsoever. Condemed lift that you need to kick door to close. No hot water, no wifi, coakroaches in shower. Unable to secure patio door as lock broken. Bed matress covered in flea dirt stained bedding.
Fire escapes have become storage for old fridges. Eletric consumer units with no covers and exposed twisted wiring. This hotel is a fire disaster just waiting to happen.
The put my wife who was in a wheelchair on the top 5th floor.
When visting my sister and brother inlaw on 1st floor I was also verbally abused by maid who said I shouldnt be in the hotel and told to get out!
Indoor and outdoor resturant areas filthy dirty plates with old food stacked on trolley.
Pool area health and safety hazard no maintenance broken filters tiles missing,staff scooped water from pool with old plastic cooking container and rinsed dirty cloths in pool on a daily basis in order to clean the beachside bar area.
Waste water coming up through bedroon flooring, sink waste water leaking and spraying onto bathroom floor.
Room safes held in by 3 small self tapping screws. Staff couldnt find room safe key anyway!
Internet pictures show hotel 20 years ago when new! And its still same curtains and bedding.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen! There is a big difference between Mehtap Beach Hotel ( a four stars hotel) and Mehtap Hotel ( a three stars hotel). First of all, the water is always cold that you can't take a bath even. Secondly, there is no elevator that I had to go up 3 floors by stair. Next, it is very unclean. The fourth point is that there is no room service that if you need anything you have to go down to the reception by yourself to get what you want. The fifth disaster is that each room has a problem like my room had no phone to call anyone, my parents room had no refrigerator... Number six is that in the lobby, they rarely turn on the air conditioning system. The seventh problem is that the rooms are very small that the double bed is equal to the size of the single bed in my room in my house in Lebanon, so imagine how the size of the single bed would be... The seventh point is that the blanket is very small and because of it I caught flu which ruined all my trip in Marmaris. Number eight is the sound of the air conditioner in every room which avoided me from sleeping all night... Even though it is rated as a three stars hotel, but I give it half a star actually... I hate this hotel especially that it ruined all my trip because of the flu I caught... Anyway that's my opinion and you can try it to check that every single word I have written is true...

Staff friendly but thats the only good thing about this hotel. Full of moody russians who walk through u and cannot shut a door quietly no matter what time of day. Food bland a plain the only thing they do good is chicken pieces which are served to u so ur lucky if u get half a thigh, bread which if ur not quick it will go and water melon which again u have to be even quicker for. Rooms cleaned twice a week if ur lucky sheets never changed (in 2 weeks) shower ur lucky if u have water and even luckier if its warm uts usually tepid or cold. We had a 5inch gap in our door which we had to roll up a blanket to block out the hallway. Photo of the gap. Do unless ur russian please avoid this hotel.
