My vacation was very pleasant and relaxing. The beautiful view, in particular, made every day special. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a great deal of comfort. The friendly and helpful staff rounded off the stay perfectly.

The atmosphere was very wonderful. The general atmosphere in the hotel is suitable for families. The service is good, but the difficulty of dealing is a bit because he does not speak English. In general, it is a good experience.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Just like last time, the service was friendly, the equipment was new, tidy and clean, and the city of Trabb's home was friendly and welcoming, making the whole trip very, very satisfying.

This hotel is on the mountain top and their sea view rooms have exceptional breath taking view of the Black Sea. Our check in experience was not great and have to wait for an hour even though we arrived at check in time 14:00. The reservation just didn’t care about me standing in front of them they just kept doing their work without even saying hi or telling for wait a minute. One doesn’t expect such attitude from 5 star hotel staff. The sea view room was exceptional as was the daily breakfast. You may find excellent lady Beyza Şahin at the information table looking after private tours (NERGIS 61) they have fantastic drivers who can take you around Trabzon, Ayder and Uzungöl at the good price. To note there are no eateries around this hotel and the walk is around steep hill area. You will always need a taxi or private car to take you to Meydan(the city center).

First time in trabzon, we arrived at 6:30 pm after 4 hours road trip finding our room is not ready. We asked for connected rooms and they said it’s not available. The receptionist was not welcoming us much although the other guy was supportive and trying to please us (Camet Can).

This place was good I enjoyed it a lot but the thing that made me the happy the most was “onur ozaksu” he went above and beyond to make sure that the food that we got was satisfying and made sure that the service was amazing to any American going to turkey ask for onur ozaksu he will be in the restaurant area he will make sure that you enjoy the stay thanks to all the staff and thanks for a great vacation/ honeymoon stay

Amazing hotel. Staff were good. Lactation is fantastic. Service doesn’t really answer fast. Food was good but same food everyday. Staff doesn’t really speak English well. Sea view room is recommended for 3 people. The room officially has 2 rooms but you can ask receptionist for extra bed that they will make using the sofa. Internet is very good. You just need to add room number and last name in booking.

Air conditioning doesn't cool properly and only manages 25.5 degrees. TV doesn't work. Breakfast egg dishes cost extra. Staff are incredibly disinterested and slow. Despite repeated reminders, we didn't receive the drinks we ordered after 40 minutes. Outdoor pool closed. The hotel is located outside on a hill and without a taxi you're stuck. The only thing that's great is the view.
