All hotel staff are super helpful, humbles and delightful to speak. Welcoming with a big gentle smiles.
They give alot of guidance on where best to go and visit.
Just to mention how much the yamani receptionist and specifically the hotel owner were so helpful; I had a taugh situation with an outsider hustler. I was very scared and confused and they stood by my side and helped to ease the situation alot.
Even the hotel owner's wife is very kind and lovely with her hospitality and personality.. making special drinks by herself for all hotel guests.
The hotel' s room was a bit small but cleaned with a beautiful view.
It was a lovely experience for me and my family and I won't hesitate in booking with them next time I visit.

One of the worst hotel experiences – avoid at all costs. From the moment we arrived, problems started. Our room key didn’t work and we had to be moved. I had booked with a clear request for a baby crib, but at check-in was told “all cribs are taken.” They promised to bring one later but never did, leaving our toddler to sleep in our bed. The rooms are tiny, with poor soundproofing and paper-thin walls, so every noise from outside and other rooms comes through. They open onto a loft with a dangerously low railing – a real fall hazard for children. The only lift is slow, constantly busy, and a headache to use. There’s no air-conditioning, the safe was broken, and on the second day housekeeping replaced our duvets with damp ones. When I asked for dry ones, they brought equally damp duvets and said these were “the only ones available” – I had to wait 4 hours until midnight just to get a dry duvet. No basic toiletries like toothbrushes – we had to buy our own. Breakfast was bland, with nothing worth mentioning. The location is the only positive, but everything else is a complete failure – unsafe, uncomfortable, and massively overpriced for the poor quality and terrible service. Absolutely not recommended.

Kapli Hotel is conveniently located just about 4 minutes from Uzungöl Lake, in a quieter and less crowded area—perfect for those looking for a more peaceful stay. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Fekri and the Syrian gentleman—I believe his name is Abdelwahab—for their outstanding hospitality.

The rooms are clean and generally comfortable, though they are on the smaller side. I recommend bringing your own pillow cover, as the pillows were not very clean from the inside. Also, the soundproofing between rooms could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.

Breakfast was a highlight—varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options.

Went to this hotel for beer and wine as there does not appear to be any other places in Uzungol that sell alcohol. This is due to the influx of Muslim
Tourists and the area exclusively caters to them.
Staff were friendly and polite. Beer and wine were great. Scenery is beautiful set in the forests next to the stream.
Only issue is the wasps and hornets in the area attacking wherever you go but the hotel cannot help that.

Food was so good near to the areas around for buying and restaurants around where available

The hotel is clean. The rooms are nice. It's quite.
The location near the river but far from the lake by 5km.

It's a very good hotel this is my third stay there
In general the room was clean and the staff there are very helpful about the breakfast very good and most the variety choices are there
I recommend to stay over there
And I would like to give a special thanks to Mr: Amir and Fikri I will not forget also yusef for their kind and help
And the hotel also have a very big place for a car parking .
By the way the location was also good not in the crowded area and it's near the lake by only 1.5 km

excellent coffee at the shop in lobby.
Cleaners did a fantastic job and made special beds on floor for our children( no charge)
