The location is great — nearby shops are very convenient.
Front desk staff are excellent — very professional and helpful.
However, other staff members are just average, and the sauna and spa service staff are below average.
Overall, it doesn’t fully feel like a 5-star hotel; more like something between 4 and 5 stars.
Still, it’s the only good option in the city center.

Stayed in Zorlo hotel 5 days from 3rd to 7th May with group of 20 people , hotel very nice , rooms clean , standers rooms view on loppy, excautive rooms view is the shopping street ,breakfast fresh and good , location in city center just waking to shopping streets and the main square where restaurants and cafees there , just the only comment some of the staff were agressive when we asked a help during check out .

It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room

Great stay overall! The service was excellent, and the location is unbeatable, right next to everything you could possibly need. Perfect spot for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean.
I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic!

Rooms are very old and bathrooms are very small . Very old service in the bathroom.
Staff are friendly and cooperative.

I forgot some unique special fruits I bought from turkey , in the room ,and when I called to ask them to go back and take my fruits, they claimed that nothing was left behind in the room .
