I stayed there for a week with my son, we had a delightful experience. The location and the view is amazing. The pool is a spacious and clean, there is also another one with a waterslide in the back. We enjoyed different sport activities. Although most of the staff didn't speak English they made their best so we could have a wonderful time. The food was delicious and our room had daily cleaning. I would highly recommend this hotel and a big Thank you to everyone who made our stay so positive!

This is possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Paid a lot of money for an all inclusive holiday and wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. After changing rooms as the first room given was unsafe (cables coming out of the walls, taps which moved, holes in wall covered by planks of wood nailed to the wall…and the smell! Food was awful, we ate out most evening and lived off bread the rest of the holiday. Pool was dirty and tiles cracked. Children’s pool was unsafe. No entertainment at all and no one spoke English so trying to complain was hard work. Do not go, do not take children, I wouldn’t even say this was a 2star hotel. Also, down a dark lane with no access for coach so at 3am had to walk with luggage and 2 children down a very dark lane in the middle of a building site. Avoid!!

Everything is ok and fabulous! True hospitality, quiet and nice place, too delicious meals, very kind staff, many sports activities... Here is well enough to make a sweet holiday.

DO NOT STAY HERE

ALL PHOTOS ONLINE ARE NOT WHAT THE HOTEL LOOK LIKE.

I worked in tourism my whole life in Turkey and have never seen such a complete disaster of a hotel.

We booked here because we thought it would be a great family hotel.

IT IS NOT!

We were given a room Room 15 metres from DJ cabin with music all day and night. We have a baby ....

Bathroom stinks to the point of causing headaches.

No aircon on arrival.

No towels, I had to constantly ask.

Broken lights in room , where my daughter nearly got electrocuted

Broken balcony door so anyone could enter at any time.

No bed for my daughter , so 3 of us slept in 2 single beds.

No kids club as advertised, no kids park, no entertainment.

No wifi in rooms , you have to sit in reception.

All drinks served in paper coffee cups, which fall apart after 5 mins.

Rude reception staff and reps. They told us they would change our room, but then refused.

5 choices of hot food which over salted.

Rooms are dangerous for children, broken bunk beds, no safety rails, no point being all inclusive as the buffet food was only one table, fire alarms are broken. All entertainment was in turkish, Staff doesn't speak any English so it was impossible trying to talk about any issues. I understand that we travelled to another country but it definitely wasn't what was advertised, definitely wasn't the £4700 family resort with kids entertainment or kids clubs. Would not recommend.

Clean hotel with very, very nice and helpful staff :) I taken my parents for their first foreign holidays and they liked it, so I'm happy about this.
It's beautiful place and small hotel so it's perfect for everyone who want to spend holiday in uncrowded location.
I regret that I couldn't stay there longer :)
