Nice hotel, in the city center, everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was good. Overall, we recommend it. It was a bit noisy on the weekends.

A great find as our PLAN B after disappointment at other pensyon. Fresh, clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. And a few meters only to the central square. A perfect spot for our few days in Kusadasi! Thanks Mitch for being so helpful❤️

Terrible experience!
We couldn’t sleep a single minute the entire night. The rooms have no soundproofing, so every bit of noise from the bars, street, motorcycles, and cars poured in nonstop. If you run a hotel in the city center, proper noise insulation is a must—but this place hasn’t taken any precautions. The receptionist was kind and friendly, but if you value your sleep, avoid this hotel.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. Good location, very central, 1 minute walk from The Mayflower pub. Nice pool area although weather was too cold for this visit. Breakfast is a typical Turkish breakfast and they're very good at replenishing it as its eaten. Unlimited Turkish tea which my hubby appreciated.

I really liked this hotel in the center of Kusadasi. It's located on the main tourist street. We had a room with a balcony, which offered a beautiful view of the cascades of the city, as well as the main street. The hotel offers guests a very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, checking us in early, without waiting until 2:00 PM. All the furnishings and furniture in the rooms are new and fresh, the rooms are very cozy, with a kettle, cups, tea, and coffee. There's a very pleasant, cozy veranda at the entrance to the hotel, perfect for a coffee at any time of day. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!

Very good location everything is on walking distance. You are on beginning of pedestrian area. Many thanks to receptionist working at afternoon for his kindness and ready to help us.

The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants, and 1 km from Kusadasi Bus Station. The breakfast is average, but overall it's good!

The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, with a wide view outside the window... The boss said that you can see the whole city of Kusadasi from the rooftop... Really... Good review!

It's a bit like a B&B in a restaurant, not like a hotel. The location is very convenient. The floor of the room is not clean. You have to wipe the floor with a towel first, which is a pity. But the breakfast is very rich.

Location was great, room was clean and big and hotel staff provided great service. Off site street parking on steep narrow streets and no lifts to rooms (we were on the third floor). Highly recommended if you can do stairs.
