Elementa Boutique Hotel in Yalikavak

I fell in love with the hotel, the city and the surrounding area at first sight - just from the photos and reviews 😍 We went to Turkey, but it was as if we visited two countries at once - not only Turkey, but also Greece. Next to Cactus Sharm are Cactus Flure and Cactus Mirage, higher in stars and, accordingly, in price. Moreover, strictly in our opinion, Cactus Sharm is the best 😅 Firstly, the exterior and interior - everything is very stylized and looks atmospheric, while in other cacti everything is simple and restrained. Secondly, our hotel is small (about 50 rooms) and therefore very quiet, no crush in the pool and in the food court. We went to eat in Flure - there is more variety of food, but at the same time you can't breathe from the number of people, and in addition there are still a lot of smokers. As a result, we felt very uncomfortable and tense in Flure. Thirdly, we paid much less for Sharm than if we had lived in Flure and especially in Mirage, and we have all the same services at our disposal, even a little more - we have towels without a deposit 😅. The water park is common for all cacti, you can eat in any of the cacti + bars and snack bars on the beach, it does not matter which hotel you visit the pool, there are two different beaches, animation only in Flure and Mirage, which we can also visit (all hotels are within walking distance of each other). Here is another big plus that it is quiet at night - there is no noisy music coming from discos. From the room in style, repair were generally satisfied, but there were also minuses - the mattress is hard, the pillows are small, the shower holder broke on the very first day and judging by the glue, the shower broke more than once before us, the air conditioner also broke on the last day of rest - the remote control turned on, but the air conditioner did not perceive it. The Turks are very friendly. In this area almost no one spoke Russian, they spoke English quite a lot, but we also met quite a few who did not speak English at all. The sea is magnificent - the water is clean and transparent, most often very calm - no waves 😍 I personally really liked the food. I heard that the food in this place is tastier than in other resorts in Turkey. You need to get to the center of Yalikavak by bus (about 10 minutes, and if you walk, then half an hour). There you can walk along the embankment and all sorts of cute benches and cafes. From the center of Yalikavak you can get to Bodrum (the road took us an hour, but there are often traffic jams, so it can be longer) We are very pleased with the holiday, you just want to stay there to live 😍😍😍😍🌵🌅

I personally recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates peace and quiet (no loud entertainment with embarrassing music). The rooms are neat and clean, cleaned regularly, and offer stunning views of the bay, about 300 meters from the beach. The food is fantastic! For entertainment, you can go down to the neighboring hotel, where wristbands are also accepted, so you can use the bar, etc.

It's nice to be able to use the aquapark and other hotel facilities. I stayed for 5 nights and found it quite good for the price.
I might stay here again if I go to the Yalikavak area.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. It was a family-friendly hotel. Considering the amenities of other Cactus hotels, it's a reasonably priced and worthwhile stay. On the negative side, the rooms need some maintenance. The lack of even a kettle in the rooms is ridiculous. Heating milk for my 2-year-old baby, especially at night, was a problem. Thanks to the helpful staff, we managed to find different solutions. Overall, the food was good. Unless you're someone who expects an excessive variety and can't eat everything on their plate, the selection is sufficient. No one will go hungry.

A 3-star family hotel, especially suitable for families with children, at an affordable price. The sea and the water park are a few minutes' walk away, and both are beautiful. The hotel itself is very quiet, perfect for relaxation. There's no hubbub. The food is quite good, not a lot of variety, but what there is is adequate. The rooms are a bit dated, but most have excellent views. I would definitely recommend it to a working-class family like me who doesn't expect luxury.
