All the previous good reviews of this place are certainly true. A friendly and helpful welcome. A very comfortable bed in a nicely appointed bedroom. The owner made us a dinner reservation at his recommended Resturant and even gave us a lift down into the village and collected us as he was worried about us walking in the dark. Breakfast an offering of a selection of 6 different homemade jams, several other spread , choice of cheeses, olives, bread and salad.

We came from Germany to meet my siblings from Marmaris after 50 years. My brother organized a wonderful breakfast for us in this wonderful hotel, as he knows the extremely nice owner. It was so incredibly beautiful that I would have loved to stay. If we ever travel without a motorhome, I will definitely stay here.

We had an amazing week with Muzo and his team at Swan Lake. The hotel was perfect for a restful week in beautiful and top quality surroundings and we have never been so well looked-after on holiday. The view of the bay was spectacular, the room was large, tastefully decorated, spottlessly clean with a massive and very comfortable bed. Also great air conditioning which was essential. Food was made to our individual request and of the highest quality. The included breakfast had to be seen to be believed! There is literally nothing negative I could say about this hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much Muzo and Hakim, see you next summer!

It was a magical place with a breathtaking view. Everything in the room were beautifully designed with a deliquate touch. Rooms also have amazing Selimiye village and sea view.

Just back from a very relaxing holiday at the Swan Lake. Muzzafir and his staff are all lovely, the food is gorgeous and the views are spectacular. It was a pleasure practicing my limited Turkish with Sinem - thank goodness for Google Translate!

We had a wonderful 4 days at the hotel. In the name of elegance in the rooms, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The entire hotel is immaculate and very tastefully furnished. The breakfast was scrumptious; very diverse and delicious. We couldn't get enough of the herb omelette and jam varieties. The staff is very caring as well as very polite. Mrs. Sinem's guidance and sincere interest in the places to see in the vicinity, her conversation are unforgettable. Thanks to him, we felt at home. The manager, Mr. Muzaffer, is also extremely caring and sincere. Many thanks to all of them for giving us a wonderful 4 days.

Great view, great breakfast, friendly staff and very kind owner. I can't decide if this place is better for a nice way to start the day with a breakfast, or a dinner and a wine to set the sun in the evening. Highly recommended.

Every friday and sunday afternoon i an my family driving five hours one way to stay this lovely boutique hotel just for 48 hours. It is like a rejuvenation center for us. Thanks for Muzaffer that he created this unique athmosphere with his love.

Wonderful food in the best view of the village,
Kahvalti(breakfast) is amazing with a nice music collection and homemade jams.
In the evening the balconis or restaurant wine is a necessary and very romantic.
The owner and stuff are like a happy and kind family.
Every where is clean, restaurant, public toilet, pool, etc.
Rooms are unbelievable with very nice wood design, beds are super comfy and King size.
The bathrooms design and staff are Impressive.
No doubt about Swan lake, it's one of the best, just relax.
