Everything is great, almost gorgeous. The staff is brilliant! The only downside, if I really have to find fault... The length of the pool... I'm used to 25 meters, but here... 12.5. Amazing Vista The hotel room had amazing views of the gardens & sea however the room itself although clean was tired & the balcony in need of refurbishing. We stayed on a B&B basis & the price we paid reflected on what we could expect. If we had been on an all-inclusive basis paying full price we would have been disappointed. Just back from risa hotel very clean hotel staff and management were so helpful food was amazing catered for everyone I agree with some of the comments regarding the rooms yes they needed updating but they were very clean any slight issue manager dealt with it was always very helpful would highly recommend

I had an amazing experience at the Risa Hotel whilst away on holiday. The staff were most polite individuals and helpful with all queries. As part of my package deal I recieved regularly traditional meals. Clean environment spacious rooms well ventilated with air conditioning.
