It was terrible. We booked a sea view and paid for a sea view but they didn’t give us what we paid for. They told us that they don’t sell rooms based on view but on size, which is not what was said on expedia. There was a flickering light which we asked five times to be fixed, each time we were told they’ll do it later. The TV remote batteries died and when we asked for new ones they were faulty and barely worked. There was no check out time posted, but at 12 pm we were told to get out with no warning because people showed up. The coordination was terrible, no heads up and when we asked we were told people “usually check out by 12” so they assumed we would too despite us mentioning we’ll check out by 1 pm on our first day there. Save your money and book elsewhere

It was awful. From the start, we booked a sea view room but were not given one. They said they only book based on room size, which was not stated on ******* on ******* they said it’s sea view. The light was flickering and we told them five times but each time we were told they’ll deal with it later. The TV remote batteries died and they gave us faulty ones that barely worked. They never told us a check out time. We were basing it off of their check in time so we were going to leave at 1 pm since check in is at 3 pm. At 11:45 they came to our door telling us we have to leave now because the next family was already there. We came down to ask and we were told people “usually leave at 12 pm” so they assumed we would too. No coordination or communication regarding check out, only assumptions and demanding behavior. On top of all those problems, the staff was generally unhelpful and the room was run down and dirty. It was a terrible experience and we will never be going there again. From start to end of our trip with them was stressful and not up to the reviews we saw earlier.

The apartment was extremely dirty. I cleaned a handful of hair from the bathroom sink. The apartment needs renovations, but before that, it needs cleaning services. There are much more luxurious and comfortable apartments for the price. I wouldn't recommend staying there for that price. The staff was very nice. The night receptionist was very helpful, polite, and respectful. Thank goodness the staff was nice; otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed there for 10 days.

Apart from one member of staff who was at reception in the evening, everyone was very unfriendly. Our WiFi didn't work, we were asked to connect to other routers first, which also worked very, very poorly. Then we were told in the last 2 days before our departure that it would be taken care of, but this didn't happen either. The apartment was very dirty, when we complained the woman at reception said that it would be cleaned again, but it never happened. There was an oven, but you couldn't use it because it wasn't plugged in. The window also didn't close at first and we had to sleep with the window open one night. The man who always took over the evening shift took care of it and repaired it himself. There were only 3 towels even though we checked in 4 people. When we asked about it, we were accused of there being some in the closet but we hadn't looked. This wasn't true either. Water was running out of the toilet and shower, so the floor was constantly wet. We didn't have any soap either. The location is good and relatively central. The pool was also OK. Otherwise it was catastrophic and I don't recommend it to anyone. If you want to have a nice holiday without stress and headaches, BOOK ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION!!!
