The apartment was extremely dirty. I cleaned a handful of hair from the bathroom sink. The apartment needs renovations, but before that, it needs cleaning services. There are much more luxurious and comfortable apartments for the price. I wouldn't recommend staying there for that price. The staff was very nice. The night receptionist was very helpful, polite, and respectful. Thank goodness the staff was nice; otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed there for 10 days.

Apartment clean and spacious.
Big downside: the shower works only halfway and there's no way to secure the shower head. It leaks everywhere, even from the ceiling.
The apartment's insulation is very poor; we had neighbors who didn't sleep at night... We heard them talking non-stop...
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so a car is essential.
A little renovation and maintenance would easily increase the bill.
