avoid this hotel at all cost!

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

First, don’t expect to get any sleep here. The hotel sits between a very busy street in the front and railroad tracks in the back. No matter which side your room is on, you’ll either be kept awake by blaring freight train horns or endless traffic noise. Peaceful rest is impossible.

The spa facilities were a complete disappointment. The pool water was ice cold, and in the Turkish bath there were holes in the floor, which were unsafe and downright dangerous.

Breakfast was another letdown. The dining area is far too small for the size of the hotel. We were three people and couldn’t even find seating together — we were forced to squeeze around a tiny table for two. The food itself was very low quality, nothing special at all.

Parking and check-out were an absolute nightmare. The hotel uses a shared lot behind the building, completely inconvenient for guests. When I pulled around front to load our luggage, cars were parked right in the middle of the loading area. The bellboy actually told me to back my car into the busy street and re-enter through the exit lane — an extremely dangerous maneuver. When I asked for help, he shrugged me off with “no problem” and walked away.

To make matters worse, the reception staff was rude and unprofessional. The receptionist glared at me, treated me like a child, and insulted me instead of addressing the issue. On top of that, the hotel overcharged us compared to the rate qu

It is very convenient for us to stay here on business. Good location, fair condition of of normal stay there.

The outside temperature was below zero. Room was very hot. No ac control. When requested, they asked to switch off ac. It was still very hot. At 3 am, again complained. They asked me to open the window. It was too noisy and then too cold as outside temperature was below zero. Could not sleep whole night, and now feeling sick. The response from hotel was worthless.

There is a Ankara-İzmir motoway crossing from the middle of the city as well as from the front of the hotel. When we checked in, the front desk staff gave us a room facing back of the hotel. We were happy until we heard the freight train horn. The agony of this noise continued until morning. There was no sound isolation between the rooms and we listened the a carsale bargaining of our neighbour until 00:00. The was a strange smell in the lobby and the floors. But the only good thing amount all negatives was the staff who were kind and helpful. I strongly not recomend this hotel.

A nice hotel, well equipped with great service and wonderful breakfast BUT the pool was in the basement so a bit cold and jacuzzi didn’t work unfortunately.

This town is not a tourist destination and I was only stayed one night to break the journey from Ankara to the coast. It was nearly empty and fairly run down although the staff obviously are doing their best to keep it clean ,but every thing is a little tired . The people are friendly and it is what it is a business hotel on a busy road in an Industrial town , however I just thought it was far to expensive at over 100 euros a night, it was as much as much more modern hotels I have stayed in Ankara , Antalya various touristy places this month .

Hotel located in a good place in Usak, next to main road and also walk distance to city center. Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast with some local breads as well. Also starbucks on location. Staffis helpful on requests, enough parking space behind the hotel.

Very well-appointed, clean and comfortable hotel. A true gem conveniently located on the main road between the Aegean coast and the capital of Ankara. Friendly, helpful staff. Grounds are well-maintained and modern. Highly recommended!
