Olea Leya Butik Otel in Ayvalik

This hotel was our favourite out of the 8 we stayed in on our trip. Very old, beautiful building. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Comfortable bed (finally). Breakfast was fresh and delicious. So glad we found it and the town was just a gorgeous little seaside town that was all walkable from hotel. Highly recommend.

clean, staff are very helpful it was a one night stay but it was a good experience. the only thing was that there was a pazar and it was really noisy in the morning

This hotel has a century-old history. The rooms are very clean and the courtyard is beautiful and artistic. The owner has lived in Shenzhen before and is very enthusiastic. The staff are also very service-oriented. The Turkish breakfast is great and I like it very much.

Ayvalık merkezde, otel çok temiz ve çok iyi bir karşılama vardı. Kahvaltı da güzeldi. Her şey çok güzeldi.

Located very close to the main street, it's a convenient walk to the beach. The owner came out to greet us and helped us drive to the parking lot. He was so warm and thoughtful. The room was spacious and the breakfast was rich.

We stopped for a night in Ayvalik on our way to Bodrum, to break the drive south. We had heard that Ayvalik was a pretty town away from the tourist centers and it was exactly that - and finding this gorgeous little BandB made the stop even more special.
Dariya was a fabulous host, her dinner recommendation was on point, swimming/hiking recommendations amazing, and the hotel itself was so special.
The whole building is so charming, renovated so tastefully with beautiful wide wooden floorboards and pretty copper features and sparkling new bathrooms.
The location was perfect - close enough to be an easy stroll through pretty alleys to get to the port for sunset mezzes, and far enough back from the noise to sleep well. There’s the slightest hill to get up, nothing that would have you out of breath.
Breakfast was generous and delicious - beautiful traditional Turkish food featuring the local olives and olive oil along with excellent fitters, eggs, cheeses and honey and fruit. It was made even better with the gorgeous courtyard it was served in, beautiful flowering vines around high whitewashed walls and sturdy wooden furniture - this is a really classy little place.
It will leave us with many happy memories of Ayvalik. We’re already planning to bring our friends on our next trip.

Loved our stay here. The hosts were welcoming and they offered complimentary breakfast. Located in the center of town next in a charming old house.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Olea Leya. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very nicely designed and, there is an open air patio where you can enjoy their excellent breakfast. The hotel owners and the staff are amazingly kind, helpful, and willing to immediately assist with any requests. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old part of Ayvalık from where you can reach any part of the town via a short walk. I am grateful I found this hotel and the people running it as they made my stay on Ayvalık a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place.
