I wanted to cancel the holiday I bought 1 month ago because I learned that I have cancer. I will have surgery on August 2, 2024 and it is not possible for me to attend the reservation on August 13. When I first spoke to the hotel reception, they said they could cancel it. Then I informed the intermediary company about the situation. However, the hotel did not approve the cancellation. While I am going through difficult times with my health, your attitude is making our family even more difficult.

A boutique hotel right in the center of Bodrum, within walking distance to everywhere. The receptionists are very friendly and it is obvious as soon as you enter the hotel that they love their job. The rooms are decorated simply and stylishly. The beds and sinks are meticulously cleaned. Everything a boutique hotel should have is available. Thanks to you, we have a new home in Bodrum. It is a clean and cute hotel with the best room concept I have ever stayed in. The location is very central. The staff is very attentive. It is a boutique hotel but it has everything you need and although it is this good, the price was also very affordable.

For the price rooms are modern and there's everything you need, breakfast is good. Also as a wood worker myself I really appreciated the handmade wooden furniture found all around the hotel. The people complaining are brokies that try to squeeze every single cent of worth out of their money instead of just enjoying a different culture than theirs for what it is. Respect from Greece 🇹🇷🤝🇬🇷.

Booked a room from 26.09 to 09.10. Upon arrival at the hotel, I paid for the entire stay. Unfortunately, due to family reasons, I left the hotel on 01 October. I warned the hotel in advance. However, the hotel management refused to refund the money for the unused stay. They just stole $300 from me. I understand that I may have caused inconvenience to the hotel due to an unscheduled departure. But we could agree on paying a fine, such as the cost of staying 1 or 2 nights.
Also, the room was dirty. Garbage was taken out only 3 days after check-in and make up the room only after I asked. The floor is very dirty, it was impossible to walk barefoot - only in shoes. Stained towels. Specially made photos and videos.

It is at a very busy main road, we heard everything, even when People went up for stairs. Couldt sleep at all
No cleanig in the room!!
The beach is about 7 min walk.
The brekfast is a joke, we waited 30 min for the breakfast and it was like only egg and bread.

The deluxe room wegot is different than the one on the picture.
They gave us a room next to the staff housing, I'm staying in the hotel right now and can't sleep from the staff continuous noise (it's 3AM). They woke me up several time by their noise (mainly every hour) They ruined my visit to bodrum.
It's a noisy area near the main street.
Amenities were not adequate for two. One gel and one shampoo only. Smelly pillows.
It is not a boutique hotel, it's a pension.
